We had volume of 12m on the 6th Dec when the drill success at Cascadura was RNS'd, North shifting the rest of their stock wont take long with the news we have coming in the next few weeks/months!

Norb, North Energy are an investment company who are moving away from investing in oil, greener investment funds attract more investors so it is purely their business strategy to sell their current holding of oil investments. Nothing more sinister.

I agree puppy, yes it could be less than 6 months away but your post implied that current production is 395Boed which is not true, currently all production is suspended. There may be people making decisions based upon what they read here, speculate at will but keep facts accurate!

Current production?? The 245bod from the Sclum block is at least 6 months away!

The last time chickens were counted before the eggs had hatched people were adding a million a month to the cashflow here for every well in the program and look how that turned out! I know investing is gambling on future gains but the way people talk here you would think the acquisition has been completed!

Boom, Paul has told us in interviews that the wellhead price for gas in Trinidad is north of $3 US. Gas is also forecast to rise this year as much of the associated gas production has been lost from closed oil wells that are no longer profitable at low oil prices.
He also said after the lower zone recorders where pulled out of Cascadura that they suggest a field size of several hundred BCF! Which makes your estimate severely on the low side!
Also worth noting that he has never to my knowledge over estimated in any news release! Is it time to get excited?!

The buy price is getting lower with each buy, it is being manipulated lower for someone to get out or in?! The sooner they are done the better. Once above the placing price we may get more selling if some of the insti's who helped with the raise are in the business of flipping for a 10% return and still hold some.

After that news the SP raced ahead reaching 55p here and $1 Cad intraday on the 19th March before the placing was announced to fund this program through to monetisation. The resulting dilution was only in the order of 10%, this is way below that at present and indicates where this is going again. We will soon know the measured reserves at the whole of Cascadura when the second set of down hole data has been analysed.

Yesterdays closing sp of 35p is making the percentage drop look worse, that price was created by a UT trade of that value, the mid price was 33.75. They will try anything to scare folk into selling!

There is about £100k (350,000 shares) missing from todays total traded value, I am expecting a late displayed trade, looks like it might have been dropped to fill a big order?

Tobin, I read the Columbus release, the spike it created didn't last long when people realised that 500 barrels a day with 90-95% water cut equates to between 25 and 50bopd! I would hardly call it a big find. It remains to be seen if any of the other zones will produce anything but there is nothing to get excited about there yet.

The Government wanting them to get this field developed for the benefit of the country is a good incentive for them to pay any due tax refund.
