NMH is right, Paul did say not to expect too much from these results. All we are likely to get are AOF figures and maybe a minimum estimate placed on the resource size, the full info gleaned from the recorder data will be analysed externally and follow in early July.

jtd, I work with pneumatics of similar pressures to those recorded in Cascadura, it is mind boggling how they manage to get anything in or out of this well against that pressure. How anything could survive down there without being armour plated like a tank is beyond me. It was good to hear in the presentation that once the recorders had been returned to the manufacturer for new batteries to be installed that all the weeks worth of data was still intact!
