Back when it was 80p everything looked positive, with interest rates heading down, but a lot has changed since then and to be honest I can't see anything on the horizon that's going to stop the outflows from UK markets. Sadly it had fallen back quite a lot before I sold !

I would think that the bad news is all in the price, if it drops further I'll add back, having sold earlier in the year.

Finseta is using the same ticker FIN but is a different company I'm afraid so your old shares in Finablr won't be changed over.

I suppose it's possible that "we will provide a further update to the market when appropriate" means that they have found a suitable partner but they are not officially coming on board until the sterility and endurance testing is complete. This makes sense in some ways but is probably just me, as a shareholder, clutching at straws!!

Excitement around ReZorce was in the price but lack of progress in that area has led to the shares falling back. Latest update today doesn't help much as they are still looking for a partner to help bring it to market.

Maybe an institution taking a position, over 1.5 million shares above normal volume.

So definitely happening then, just need a bit more time. 135p + 2p

It's just a 3 year incentive plan that was started on October 18 2021 and vested today. Nothing to do with any possible takeover. Although perhaps they were waiting until after this date before announcing the bid?
