I agree the price went too high on the back of the NASDAQ deal but I don't see a steady decline from here. If Gordon has finished selling then the price should settle around 220 before moving higher again, once all the recent deals start being reflected in the figures.

I think the price was ramped too high after the NASDAQ contract win and lots of coverage by tipsters and has since fallen back to something more sensible. CEO selling doesn't help sentiment but he has said before that he would like to get his stake below 30%, as holding more than that prevents the company doing various things, including buybacks. Still a great company though in my opinion and should do well from here.

Has there been any news about inflows here to account for the price rebounding off its lows ?

All the recent volatility should have been beneficial to TP ICAP but I wonder how much the weak dollar will have hurt the figures, given that earnings are around 60/40 $/£. Results this week I believe.

Possible Trump 100% tariff on movies is not going to help the price here.

Hype met reality!

In the trading update in Jan they said the next announcement was the full year on June 5th.

Looks like a huge buy of over £400,000 after hours yesterday!

There was an article in the FT headlined "Nasdaq will end an undisclosed high-speed trading service it offered to a handful of its client trading firms after coming under scrutiny from US regulators." which caused the sell-off, but the consensus seems to be that it is nothing to do with Beeks.

Director wouldn't be allowed to deal that close to a market update would they?

He didn't say anything about it if I recall correctly, he did discuss CNC though.

We don't know the cause of his departure, it could easily be for health reasons, and the fact that he is sticking around for an orderly handover is very positive. Their last trading statement suggested that things were on track and the fact that they have recent contracts with Revolut and ASB bank is confirmation that their technology is fine. The share price has fallen back a long way because punters were hoping the Revolut deal would feed through into the top line much quicker than it appears to have done.
