Reabold Resources plc, the investing company focussed on developing strategic gas projects for European energy security, announces that on 16 June 2025, the following transactions were made by Directors of the Company.

a) Sachin Oza, Co-Chief Executive Officer, purchased 79,000,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 0.0625 pence per share.

b) Stephen Williams, Co-Chief Executive Officer, purchased 90,906,363 Ordinary Shares at a price of 0.055 pence per share.

Following these transactions, which are further detailed in the PDMR Notification Forms below, Sachin Oza's (including persons closely associated with Sachin Oza) ultimate beneficial ownership is 298,720,298 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.93% of the Company's issued share capital (excluding treasury shares). Stephen Williams' (including persons closely associated with Stephen Williams) ultimate beneficial ownership is 178,211,060 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.75% of the Company's issued share capital (excluding treasury shares).

It is off topic, but that guy is far worse than our two. At least our two buy shares and in the case of Oza he has dragged his whole family in so he dare not lose.

I only hold 5000 shares in UJO now got out thank god with most of mine at about 32p 18 months ago, Bramhill is a monster he literally destroyed companies and many peoples whole lives with the Nighthawk debacle , he should be locked up.

Heidi used to be ok, but he really messed her life up.

Heidi has never owned a share in RBD and she is not unbiased as if you can recall the two takeover campaigns by Kamran , in the first one she sided with Stephen and Sacha and bigged them up, which was totally underserved as they are both inadequate at the end of the day.

The next takeover she backed Kamran and made this BB totally unusable brining with her a horde of poster's abusing every person on this thread.

I might not be your cup of tea either, the difference between myself and the scum that post non stop, I have invested substantial sums in this company and I don't take it lightly when you have a horde of uninvested posters bullying and belittling decent investors as they have done here for years, I would not post so vociferously if this was a normal thread, but that it is not.

Heidi is a well known troll ,I have no personal grudge against her as I have spoken to her offline in the past, she has a personal grudge against Bramhill (which incidentally I don't blame her). He used to slip her lie's to boost share price etc and when things used to go tit's up made her look a fool and then blocked her and she was banned from BB's.

UJO has a stake in W.N think about it.

Incidentally I blocked her after the last RBD attack from Kamran.

Well we have been like mushrooms for the last few months, the saying goes lt is always darkest before the dawn.

So hopefully we should have some news on three of their projects before much longer as there is plenty going on in the background.

Lenin I don't know how else to describe him, he owns no shares in RBD and has been posting crazy stuff on here for 8 years now, even when many of us took a break during the covid lockdown he was still here (talking and arguing with himself).

That would explain why out of the blue they both bought shares.

I agree with reducing are carbon footprint, but in all three cases we have the objectors are doing more harm than good to our planet as in all three locations LNG is being imported from the middle east and the carbon that is burn't is far more than if the gas & oil was produced locally.

Added to that locally produced gas and oil would improve the local economy of each area, reduce bills and provide employment.

From what i can make out from all the documents we have had this case is very much like W.N and and California , just regurgitating old arguments and objections.
