California is now back peddling with regard to their previous stance regarding oil and gas companies, as they are having to import so much LNG and it is costing the state economy dearly and the carbon footprint is much higher than if they had merely used their own oil and gas discoveries. Also the price of petrol is exploding in that state and the populace is kicking off.

Personally I think they have bought due to their confidence on Collee Santo being signed off.
