To be fair. KC himself has not mentioned DFS timeline. His last official mention was still mid year. That being the case one would assume before end August. That's not to say it will actually happen but either it will or some sort of statement full of excuses should surely have to be made instead.

Well a lot of the "professional" share commentators have said Lloyds would suspend the share buyback after the court decision and that was days ago, that hasn't happened. If Lloyds are optimistic about the situation as demonstrated thats positive for me.
