If it were just KC crying wolf again I could understand this. I'm somewhat baffled by Geomet joining in the charade if indeed that's what it is. My only thought is that announcements are being made to appease the JTF. Why else take it down to the wire with, pardon the expression, fingers crossed. Looks like the car I was going to treat myself to this Christmas is may have to be the Hot Wheels version.

I think handing out the supposed date of the DFS should have been through a company announcement on ASX and an RNS. You tube video release is wholly inappropriate and against rules. Watch out for another company secretary being let go

Well I sincerely hope Skelly is wrong this time and the DFS comes at some stage in December. KC has made a major statement which without doubt affects the share price. If he is wrong it is highly likely that his behaviour will be investigated by ASX and it could lead to a delisting and criminal investigation at worst.

Bit more positive here than on asx. KC said first two weeks of December. I get the impression that he won't be affecting much now but rather relaying news. The real driving force being Geomet and CEZ

DRA made a statement at the beginning that they were working with EMH but they don't include it in their project list and never have. It does appear that Keith has no clue, first the newspaper announces the DFS due date then someone calls Keith and he hastily announces same. Maybe from now we should just contact the newspaper.

I think you give politicians far too much credit. Decision making in one goverment is bad enough. Get a group together..............

It may be where you could get a better handle on what is going on... For sure you aint gonna get it from the clam.

CEZ and Geomet appear to be doing something a little more proactive than EMH, for instance the gigafactory proposal along with supposed promises of financial help is far more use than MR B/S's non existent offtake agreements.

KC has lied in black and white. There is no previous guidance suggesting a DFS release later than October. I've emailed Australian Exchange and I've pointed out his latest RNS and the previous RNS. I just hope they will at least look into these continual false carrots. How long can this continue it's beyond a joke.

The cash call to Geomet isnt due until 10th October so not a surprise the DFS hasnt appeared yet because it hasn't been paid for.

VW actually tried to make their EVs a bit different to ICE models. Worked a bit but not as well as China newcomers are doing and Tesla. May have been better for traditional manufactures to start a new brand spin off. We need to hope more Chinese satellite production units are to be built in Europe.
