I sense Eqtec are heads down working to deliver on projects under construction, converting new sales and resolving Logik. sure there are many disgruntled long term investors, myself included, but i have averaged down and now see the current share price as a gift. There is plenty of upside here. Even 10x does not scratch the sides and would only bring us back to bet assets. Once projects expected to come online happen this will move fast. Share has moved off low and is now steady while overhang is cleared. We will step up once news starts to come in and AGM should be a good response as some people will be going and can feedback.

Sources indicate the hold up to completion on the Logik deal was to do with a retrospect planning issue that has now got the green light. Hopefully we now draw a link under the £2m owed that will be very helpful to cashflow and supporting paying down some debt. It could even be used for a share buy back as it will indicate that the board are going to try and improve the market cap that must be impacting their ability in sales and partnerships. This market cap issue needs to be fixed and hopefully over the coming months once the AGM is out of the way.

I am comfortable our IP is worth way more than on the books. We successfully defended in the US and we are a global leader in this tech. In last accounts DP wrote down every asset to the bare bone including putting 0 value on Northfork and all other investments are book value. In reality all are worth a lot lot more. I am expecting $5-$10m realisation on Northfork. Governments are clamouring for fixing waste and Eqtec are in one of best situations to benefit. 2025 will be a huge year and latter end of 2024 once France contract finalises will be huge. Still time to get in on this rocketship!

At current £3m market cap this is 1/10th of our net asset value. DP should be proposing share buy back to start rebuilding value. If he does that and we move back to a more plausible £15-£30m market cap then placings of £2m will be fine as long as he sells to long term investors and not traders.

Next week we will find out. DP would only be removed if his main investors ask him to given DP has not handed in his resignation i do not think that will be the case. Pitcole and Altair combined own 30%. Therefore unless something happens we need anyone who is at the AGM to get DP to confirm his strategy , in particular his plan for any funding requirements and what he sees on the close horizon. Obviously we cant count our chickens yet but with Logik settlement £2m, some loan repayment from Italy refinance and Northfork online this will open opportunities for different financing options. Peronally i would like to see Northfork stake quickly lined up for sale if the opportunity arises or refinanced to pay Eqtec for performance optimisation services! There is a good chance to expect no requirement for placings for 6 months or more based on any of these coming together. DP should set a bottom valuation of £25m, in line with net assets, before placings are even considered. In reality a smart CEO will take the opportunity to annouce a share buy back and mop up the overhang and reset the disconnect in valuation. Shame that was not on the AGM as they would be buying back for 10p in the £1 of net assets (excluding Northfork) that was written off. Also interested to find out how Southport is coming along as with interest rates about to drop maybe 1% over next 6 months and Labour government you might hope a lot more financing will happen.

Reality is we have proven Patented technology (protected in the US) that is the holy grail of waste management allowing waste to be converted into energy without any co2 emissions and create valuable biochar. The technologty is modular and can range from 1MW to 30mw covering all manner of feedstocks. we have high quality partners around the world who have validated our technology. We have £55m invested in a range of projects and when you see incinerators are not getting planning and most will need to retrofit you start to see the massive potential. We have been here a long time on this journey but todays market cap if £3m is absurdly cheap for a company that should have a minimum valuation of £30m. DP, and probably previous CFO, is to blame as they made pitiful late calls on cost cutting and believed too many charlatans along the way. Staff shareholdings and all shareholdings of the entire board have been desimated and board have taken a 25% cut in salary. All too late but better late than never. We go into second half of 2024 with growing revenues, lower overheads, large projects include Northfork about to go live (check jobs being filled), Logik settlement in next 2 weeks and so many more projects. It is absolutely true DP needs to deliver but if he does and the pivot is seeming to now show that is working we could be at the start of a 10x-100x opportunity but all hangs on DPs delivery. What we do not want to see is more placings at these values to back alley investors. we have had that for years. With Logik settlement of £2m and revenue coming in we should have enough cash flow for over 6 months. With France deal in place we might not need any placings. I would like the board to say this resolution for 500m+ shares is just a backup for audit approval and not the default. I hope anyone able to go to the AGM can update on anything they say so and ask pertinent questions about future plans for any investment and that placings at this level would take them further and further away from delivering on their potential. I agree how 3rd parties currently view Eqtec as it certainly would not give any confidence. GLA as next few weeks could determine how quickly we will move northwards but DP at the AGM must say placings are currently not planned. It would boost shareholder support no end.

I think we were aware someone over last few days has been exiting. can only be most recent investors or someone selling at significant loss but hopefully by AGM they are out and we can step up. 2 weeks to hopefully receive confirmation of £2m and we should get update on Northfork in August. France order is 2nd half of year and we are now 1 month in. Hopefully do not need to wait until eoy for that to come in.

As frustrating as it is we are led to believe a sale is incoming and we know JM probably wants a lot more than 45p. China is all over Nic with a lot of exploration concessions granted but China are 10 years minimum from production. I am sure they want a producing mine a lot sooner and Condor is perfect fit. Whether Calibre will use some of their excess pocket change we do not know but even 3 months of Calibre gold volume throws off enough profit to buy Condor so i just think Calibre are just in no hurry, filling the coffers with cash and unless China strike Calibre can wait and wait. If China strike Calibre has so much cash they can quickly table a better offer if they choose. Sadly board should have known all along how Calibre would play this and China maybe the same. Only winning strategy is crack on and build the mine and extract the billions over tur coming decade.

Good to see some volume today and hopefully clear make some dent in the overhang so we can get moving. AGM is upon us next week so lets hope they get some decent news out before or afterwards and start to get some real traction. Time they delivered some shareholder value as £3m market cap is a joke. I cant imagine it helps to speak to IDEX or Phoenix about £10m+ projects a piece but our entire company is worth so little. It must be hurting relationships and until they fix it partners and clients might be questioning what is going on and i am sure it has potentially held up sales. DP needs to get it fixed and fast!

Phew! you nearly had me worried their pander :) key is Eqtec have had some update that in next 2 weeks we should finalise this Logik side show so we can move on. clearly board would like to tidy this up prior to AGM but perhaps why they have done so today. I hope the board can really start to get behind rebuilding the market cap as this is entirely self inflicted. However had DP actually found long -term shareholders i do not hesitate that this company should be £30m today but we are where we are and just hope Yoel can reign in DP and that share placings are last resort, and keep him away from the liquor cabinet on a friday!

I think you will find we are still working through an overhang. DP printed so many shares and sold to those who have sold them, almost immediately. Therefore the share price has no bearing on the company value until that is all fixed. Hopefully with Northfork being online soon, Italy firing on all cylinders and this Logik deal concluded this might clear the deadwood. We just do not know how many shares we have to chomp through.

Fantastic news. Goes to show importance of AGM in Addis this year. We should have further updates over coming weeks. We are now at the point of converting our $95m of sweat equity into our 80% of $370 finance and with it starting gun on probably a minimum 10x return over next 18 months, possibly more with Saudi updates as its own likely valuation will be several hundred million dollars. Could it really be about to happen as 2nd bank “signoff” is all that we needed. Gla on one of the most arduous journeys for investors i can think of!

Given we will be 80% stake holder i am sure once the $370m drops we have a good say in its distribution. Firstly Kefi becomes a supplier to TK so we can start charging out Harry at his daily rate so we become revenue generating. Secondly we have recognised only $95m of historic investment as our 80% stake but this was only up to 2022 or 2023. We have expended since this time so could this become a loan repayable. Once we have a serious stake in TK it can be pledged as security against long-term debt and gold can be forward sold. All i am saying is placings will not be only party in town.

Northfork taking on control room employee to start twiddling all those knobs and operate the plant. The last team member to get the party started in northfork. posted just yesterday and 10 applicants. we have at least a $5m stake in that little project that theoretically could be considerably more. Market cap of Eqtec today £3m. go figure? just offloading this single stake once we are operating could be worth $5m-$10m. so many places where we can theoretically access cash and get away from the DP friday night at the races!

Also worth remembering we signed the 2nd plant in California with Phoenix in Dec 2023. https://www.londonstockexchange.com/news-article/EQT/equipment-supply-agreement-for-plant-in-usa/16241547 Phoenix updated a few months ago on Linked, to the effect that it is all systems go. While they need to close the finance i suspect it is partly contingent on Northfork operation which is very close from last update and with wildfire season reeking havoc not so far away they would surely be in a great position to get this signed up sometime this year. Deal is worth over $10m. If we can pencil in 10+ of those over the next few years just in California we will be flying! Northfork should be the proof and then after that i suspect decent orders will start to come in. On every continent you see a pretty decent pipeline that some must start to come in.

Less than 4 months ago we raised £5m, considerably more than most people thought was necessary to close the finance but that is what happened. This should be more than enough to grease the cogs and get this OTL by September for October. On top of that we had the £1.4m "advisory" share bung that is anyones guess but brown paper bags are probably doing the rounds :) Then we had the £1.5m bonus scheme for Harry subject to reasonably fair share price targets. Plenty of give on behalf of shareholders and we should know in less than 8 weeks or sooner if this is all going to end in a 10x over next 12 months or Harry will continue to regurgitate RNSs and change the date. I am pretty sure even Harry is fed-up of this groundhog day and given his age will want to go out in style to his beach house somewhere. Not sure if he has left Ethiopia yet but it would be great to secure the 2nd bank signoff and get those definitive agreements signed and subject to sign off from bank. that must surely be possible and perhaps is already the case. Should be a great summer for kefi shareholders. gla
