Might help speed up the 50 plants pencilled in for Eqtec/Phoenix as it forces the matter to reduce wildfires and lower co2 emissions. Given california is larger than UK they probably need 100s, if not 1000s to minimise wildfire activity. NF will be a game changer and pine needles and wood debris is perfect for our plants and already well proven to work so no issues i hope.

All we know is buyer advised Eqtec completion funds for deal due on 16th. We are now in formalties stage of legals being signed by Eqtec and Logik that mo further legal wranglings and so on. Money should be in escrow and suspect Eqtec are finalising. Anything untoward would need to be notified so just a case of processing the matter. Personally would like another week to collect some more stock but cant be too greedy as plenty of opportunity as we move beyond this settlement but £2m will go a long way to smooth over next 6 months while sales continue to ramp up, Northfork goes live and France finalise order. For me no news is fine as interims due anytime in early September.

Calibre are years away from any meaningful extraction of any drilling as they dont own the land and just prospecting and in meantime probsbly closing in on $700m cash that needs to do something. Calibre would immediately add far more value in their own market cap from Condor. Pay $150m, put some spin on deal to investors telling them they have derisked Nic assets and guaranteed ore for decades to come and market cap would jump $250m or just print 10% paper. At the end of the day someone will want to get their hands of £200m cashflow a year and supposedly preferred bidder is now in place.

Calibre now closing in on an all time high and nearing $2bn so miners like this simply have too much cash around to not be interested in finding new ready to go assets. How or why Calibre have not spent some pocket change on Condor is anyones guess. As gold rises to stratospheric territory you also start asking why we have not cracked on and built ourselves. Everything is outsourced so if MC and JM are not confident in their own abilities they really do not need to have much input. Condor is silly money sub $200m as that is just 1 years free cashflow now at these levels. Hopefully a conclusion soon as i think 18 months is more than enough time to close a deal.

Good to see around 10m shares bought on opening. Could be a major pivot in the shareprice as we should be multipes of where we are today. Gold is $2500 an ounce and Kefi now looking closer to £200m cash a year just from TK? Do the discounted cashflow on that and work out the value of Kefi? Its big number!

Lucky for you as you have some time to buy some more stock before the announcement. Once we receive £2m it should keep placings off the table for sometime and when Idex sign contracts we should hit profitability in 2024. Gla.

Your forgetting contracts for France circa £12m and Northfork to name just two of half a dozen projects moving along. Northfork are very close and when operational we will have around 25% stake and this will generate income and profits. Its value of $5-$10m could be refinanced or borrowed against. France is Idex and one of largest utility groups in France so its almost a formality given this is not billions being invested but just a starter project that could be part of a much bigger roll out. Have to remember that governments have net zero targets, incineration is on way out and waste to energy is a green energy source. Timing is issue but we are on the right side of history, just perhaps a little ahead of mass demand. the debt we have is minimal now we are on a secured debt deal with nothing to pay for 2 years so no interest needs to be paid for a long time, however any refinance we will pay down 20% of income. That is great as it forces Eqtec to pay down debt as we go.

6m volume already today or around 2.5% of company. Add that to previous days and we are on for 15% of company changed hands. Assuming last placing is still lingering it cant be long before break free of this ball and chain. Hopefully impending news will help release us and get back to normal conditions. I doubt private investors see our valuation at least at our net asset value of £29m and not £3m. Seems we are almost fighting an invisible foh hell bent on keeping the price below 1.4p. Hopefully this is smashed.

Completion would likely have happened on friday. The lawyer will then complete a chaps payment today that will likely clear by afternoon. Could be RNS later or tomorrow morning. Obviously it might take a little longer if any formalities still to complete but key thing is the money is on the way! Hard to judge as until this seller is out of stock we are not going anywhere but obviously only a matter of time. there has been some decent buying today and still bolted down at 1.4. Last time we had some vaguely good news, and without a headwind, we jumped over 100%. Even if we jumped 400% we would be only a £14m market cap company, still considerably below what is even fair value, given our net assets (excluding Northfork) is £23m.

Harry is past master of surprises, good and bad. I suspect we will get the second bank signed approval very shortly, not just the informal variety. This will start the real ball rolling on equity subscriptions. I also have some thoughts on the Ethiopian listing discussion. it seems certain we will get listed on the Ethiopian exchange but do wonder if Harry might someone spin out the TK mine and separate from the Saudi assets. in this way he could keep Kefi Gold and Copper as the mother ship but list a separate entity for TK and when Saudi is ready to do the same. This would make sense if possible. i think Harry is also likely to do this early next year with a raise at the same time but in the short-term if Harry needs to he has always been able to find short-term lending where necessary. Given his bonus is based on share price the last thing he will want to do is anything to jeopardise that. if we get the bank approval then really the rest is downhill as the equity portion is actually quite low from investors in the grand scheme of things. i am certainly expecting Kefi to be considerable north or where we are today in the coming 4 weeks.

Incredible we have all buys today and given impending £2m infusion someone, presumably from the placing, is offloading at 1.4p. there cant be much left before we step up. Makes me think if Eqtec actually did a placing with a MM as who else would exit at the placing price? Hopefully with a bit more of a push we can break the hold by the MM as they must have only a small amount left. we should shoot up to well over 2p as 99% of investors are probably still well under water so unlikely to sell.

Incredible to see the overhang is still going. Can buy big chunks this morning at last placing price of 1.4p. At this rate Eqtec could be owned almost entirely by PIs. Cant be much left at this price and you would think long gone by monday when likelihood is that £2m cash will be paid over. Not bad for a company valued at £3m with sales in 3 continents and increasing revenue and sales pipeline. This company was founded in 1997 and became Eqtec in 2017 and has spent well over £55m in R&D on patented technology that has been defended in the US and now commercially ready.

11m traded today or another 5% of the company. Some lumpy buys at end of day so could be blue sky tomorrow and £2m in the bank will be worth a lot more. Time for next rns, probably monday but hoping more updates on Northfork as there could be 10-50 of these in the pipeline once we get smooth operation.

Overhang still being worked through from the recent 1.4p placing price. Once its gone we will shoot up.

Lucky for many investors who have been able to pickup bargain basement shares today and looking at sells looks the remnants of the overhang. Plenty of bites taken today with 18m shares changing hands, around 7% of company so great to see.

Yes £2m it is. People must be still asleep or on holiday as this news derisks Eqtec fully as we now have plenty of runway to clear France deal and Northfork and keep us running smoothly. We are in a perfect place to take advantage of lower interest rates that are on the horizon for Eqtec projects. Cashflow is now solved and those taking advantage today i suspect will be substantially rewarded over coming months and years. Gla

Fully agree Mikey. It will be a long re-rate but could be one of the best performing stocks of 2024/2025 given the ridiculously low base we are starting from. Even if we were a £25m market cap company that would be very low for Eqtec but we are just over £3m market cap. Bonkers but that is Aim sadly at the moment but fortunes could be made if investors return to Aim and Eqtec should be in a great place on the back of solid news flow. Gla

Excellent news. £2m cash will be very useful and we should see shareprice head back over 3p in readiness for news on Northfork and France, not to mention the other dozen projects in various states of progress. Steady as she goes!
