This is gong to be huge. AISC below $1100 an ounze so we are making a clear $2900 on every ounze. Target is around 200k ounces a year just from Tulu Kapi, although first year probably 160k ounzes. At capacity this will be $580m free cashflow. This blows so many miners out of the water as most have significantly higher AISC and therefore our margins and play is far far greater. Jibal Quatman in Saudi will then go next and could be operational within a similar window to Tulu Kapi with target production of 30k-50k initially although could go to 100k ounces if everything comes together. Finally Hawiah is copper and gold and this could easily bring in a further 100k ounces. Then we have dozens of licenses in Saudi and Ethiopia that are all growing in value as our bank vault that could be resold at significant profits if we do not have time and simply wallow in around 350k gold a year in the long term and not forgetting a mountain of copper from Hawiah. Kefi is going to be one hell of a ride up over coming years and could easily surpass GGP proportions due to our much higher margins that are 60% less. gla

If the our buyer keeps hoovering 1m shares a day we should see us pushing 20p end of the month. We are seeing steady incremental rises and 1p increase in last 5 days so if that continues we should see us very close to 20p. We might get interrupted by a Dupax announcement as Darren seemed to hold back talking what he knows but surely as we finished a 2500m drilling on Dupax he will release what we know pretty soon. Certainly October seems likely.

We have a slew of RNS and many said similar with GGP and it spiraled ever higher meaning those who sold on news missed out on a 20x. Can say the same about many massively undervalued companies like Kefi last few years. The biggest gains are those who understand the value. If it was operated in a way we hit milestones on time we would be 5p today but Harry has had many headwinds but has not helped himself. Sellers regret will be massive! Its obvious our market cap once we are operating will be £2bn as Kefi will be well able to distribute up to £200m a year in dividends from 2028 onwards. Gla

Should be 4-5 RNS over next few months. As each is announced more buyers will pile in as we get closer towards our NPV today of 12-15p. serious gains ahead and those who sell early as going to lament to not listen to the saying “ let the good ones ride” that is never more prosaic than with Kefi.

Big gun investors are slowly taking note. They know NPV today is 10-15p minimum but on production probably double this. Hopefully we will see share price moving in far bigger steps as we pickup speed. So much gains to be made over coming year as we shed the pis who do not see the future and get replaced by institutions and professionals who can see 10p is easily achievable once finance is signed. $340m builds you a nice mine :)

Great to see some after hour decent trades going through at 1.28p today. Bodes for a strong opening tomorrow. I suspect 1.5p will be in sight tomorrow. What key here is that we are securing investment at tge subsidiary level based on the actual NPV of the project. This will ultimately filter down to Kefi, being 80% owner. This means the chance of hitting our NPV (estimated by Kefi and other 3rd parties to be between 12-15p) should happen far sooner. I also suspect Harry will quickly come out with a proposal to dual list on the Ethiopian exchange. This is i suspect will also mean we reach our NPV far quicker and probably go considerable over this given the Saudi assets will come into play. Over next month i suspect we will get 5+ RNS of pretty decent proportions, not just the Tulu Kapi funding, but Ethiopian exchange listing, Saudi update on Hawiah and then JQ and finally a JV for Saudi that might also involve a local listing. exciting times and tomorrow lets see if we can crack 1.5p as i think the big buyers are lurking, pending finance agreements.

TR1s might all start piling up from all those institutions taking positions. By 2027 there will be very few pis left as the institutions will have largely taken over.

Massively under the radar. Fill your boots as once we get funding we can be pretty sure Kefi will generate around $340m net cashflow and could easily fund 1p dividend for starters in 2027/28. Kefi could also borrow against that revenue now and try and increase our Saudi stake as that is going to be mental if Artar goes onto Saudi stock exchange. The mind boggles how high Kefi will go over next few years as $3900 gold is going to be $2900 per ounce net cashflow. We are targeting 180k ounces first year but Harry aims for 200k. This is over $580m net cashflow to TKGM and at 80% we would be on $464m so while i say $340m the real figure is potentially far higher. If you factor in $4500+ gold then you can see just how quickly our market cap could grow to $4bn+ it pretty fast steps as once signed the cashflow is huge. Even a 1p dividend does not even break a sweat for Kefi. Gla

If you have not read recent RNS you are not alone, probably most prospective shareholders have not factored in the future of Kefi as we head towards a $$2bn+ market cap company based on pessimistic predictions. So close now and still so under the radar. Its like getting in with Equinox at ground level. Tulu Kapi now expected to sign off $320m funding package in 5 days and development set to start Oct 2025. Its a massive cash machine with net cashflow expected to Kefi over $340m a YEAR at current gold prices. Its an absolute banger of a project and we have huge acreage around this mine to expand this to 20 years and massively increase gold ounzes and production. Saudi resources were upgraded in period (Hawiah +25%, Jibal Qutman ~902k oz) and exploration acreage expanded to >2,200 km² in most prospective areas of Saudi and we are waiting in massive upgrade to both as we have not got latest drilling data. Key to any pessimists about cash we have over £1m cash in the kitty and once OTL almost all our existing cost base will be transferred to subsidiary TKGM so costs fall 75% and we get money from TKGM. Our 12 years and $100m+ of sweat equity will be finally rewarded. Todays market cap is barely over our sweat equity alone which is ridiculous. NPV presented by Kefi and many 3rd parties today 10-15p and we are barely 1p today. Go figure what will happen over coming years! Gla

It is clearly our regular background buyer as 1.25m was roughly the daily amount purchased at the end of the day for a good few months. It is a hugely important direction of travel as it simply mops up all the pis throwing in the table and walking away. The bigger gains for Metals are ahead in my view as the numbers start to pick up speed. My belief is the buyer is an insider as they seem to buy between announcements so when they stop buying you can be pretty sure a week later an RNS will drop. I suspect the buying will pick up the pace this week as Dupax news is likely incoming. very exciting times at $3850 an ounce gold, making us a cool $50m extra cash than just a few months ago. What Metals will do with this extra windfall we will find out.

Very insightful post NickE. I had not considered how the TKGM valuation will give a proper underlying value to Kefi. My expectation is that in the next 3-6 months Kefi will do a local listing in Ethiopia and that could also have a huge impact on the share price, given the stock market in Ethiopia is just starting and locals will likely have little selection to pick from. If you look at Saudi, Kefi make a point in their presentation that a local developer with a far smaller proposition in Saudi than we have was worth well over $1.5bn so this could explode upwards. nobody is even factoring in Saudi, albeit we currently own 15% of that but still worth multiples of todays share price alone. Once Ethiopia is signed off attention will move to Saudi where there must be a lot of results to release on just how big Hawiah is and how quickly JQ can get into gold production. Crazy times!

There is going to be stampede over the next 5 days for investors to get in before the wider market gets wind of this when news lands and everything changes. We are still way under the radar so there is a short amount of time to take a position as we head towards at least a $2bn+ market cap by 2027/2028 based on a very pessimistic view of our net cashflow. Been here 5 long years and followed almost every twist and turn but now seems a level of inevitability in the air.

Harry had to say that to enable him to include in the RNS but its standard. Nomad has seen all they need to sign this off. He was hardly going to say guaranteed in next 7 days as it would have less credibility. Whether tomorrow or even 2 weeks waited long enough and too many snouts around the $340m trough to let this slide. Big bonuses in all directions.

14p back in sight. Pretty much need to get to 16p to track comparable gold miners after the recent wobble. Plenty of upside and if any Dupax news lands we should easily head past 20p as it would change company profile to multiple projects and considerably reduce risk profile and both La India and Dupax are easily in excess of 10 years of ore.

Unbelievable value. I honestly thought we would see 25% today as its the first time Harry has confirmed in a legal RNS that signing is in next 7 days to unlock $340m funding and onwards to the holy grail of a steady yearly income of at least $340m for 10 years for shareholders, give or take. Hopefully we must be close to clearing out the deadwood and any overhangs from historic raises and build a new support. Not going to be easy but once we get the green light we are pretty much guaranteed to head towards at least a $2bn valuation over next few years based on fundamentals. Sure there is execution risk but it is fading fast and $340m builds you one hell of a mining operation! We are not short of cash to get this mine built :)

I just see this as a free money tree as we are a screaming bargain now we receive an RNS stating we are 7 days max from landing $340m and Kefi taking 80%+ of that for our historic sweat equity of $100m and 12 years of pain to get to this point. I feel for the longest term investors who invested at significant prices above this. It has been as high as 2.5p in the last 5 years that needs to be tested soon. The key here is everything is in place and we have nothing on our balance sheet for our $100m sweat equity so once this happens our balance sheet will balloon and we have 0 debt. That means we can borrow going forwards. placings might happen but there is absolutely no need when you can forward sell some of the $320m of cash coming into our coffers every year from 2027/2028. gla

What are the chances Darren has been conservative and that Runruno will be able to continue running for a while longer. Afterall what is to say the ore body does not continue? Usually an area rich in gold is far larger than what has been drilled.

Price is crazy low. I sold some other stocks and bought in today. Its a no brainer as RNS stated signing in 7 days and we are $100ms off basic valuation for a company who would be in a position to pay out dividends around the current share price. Gla
