I and many here will no doubt agree that getting out of oilies and into Gold is not a bad move. I can remember for my sins a pretty disastrous but good lesson in GKP back in the day and still keep a few shares just to remind myself. The macro view of oil is not looking on strong foundations and today global investment managers have signed up to remove investment from the worst of those over the next 10 years. Certainly with Covid2 raring to go and a bit more QE on the cards globally gold is a good safe haven. However if you really believe in the roaring 70s gold rally then someone like Kefi is an outsize leveraged position as the gold producers are now drowning in cash and will need to go on the acquisition trail. I might also add that if you still feel the need to back energy then look at the flipside and lookup someone like Eqtec that is a waste to energy behemoth in the making. Certainly if oil stays at $40 for the next 6-12 months how many oilies will be able to stomach those sort of losses?

7 seems a sticking point but if we ca get through that there seems some blue sky ahead as nothing showing up currently until 8 so depends if anyone sells to replenish MM stocks in the meantime.

6.5 incoming. Moving quickly but probable resistance as we head to 7 today but if Eve smash it out the park tomorrow we will jump a lot higher. Even if they confirm what we expect Eve is still considerably undervalued. That £10m+ in the bank is a very nice place to be when they consider their growth spurt later in the year.

With a number of RNS due over next 2-4 weeks it looks that Kefi is starting go get further traction towards 3p. If TK had had any issues we would have had a delay RNS by now in my view so i am increasingly confident that TK financing is getting closer. If we end up with 60% instead of 45% under the old deal that would be an amazing outcome for Kefi shareholders. that would offer 33% more of ownership of TK compared to just a few months when Harry kicked the ANS investors out the back door. PEA for Hawiah next week and the gloves are off as Kefi Hawiah could be sitting on a massive Copper find that might match the largest already in Saudi.

While i take my hat off to those who successfully and consistently move between stocks Eqtec must be drafting and stacking up the RNSs and i think the issue is indigestion of projects and hope they can scale the business quickly. Each project has lots of intricacies so needs quite a lot of project management time and waiting on planning decisions and so forth but some of these will be coming off the conveyor belt very shortly and then i expect a pretty steady number of RNSs to start coming to fruition alongside new projects being announced. The Aries, minor fly in the ointment, will get resolved and personally do not place much value on this due to Prior Art of Eqtec technology that should invalidate Aries patents but it was interesting that they said they had been talking to Eqtec since January, i presume in the aim of extorting a license fee from Eqtec and glad Eqtec have taken the approach they have as Aries has potentially a lot to lose if they fail. Looking forward to the start of many RNSs.

Harry has repeatedly said the PEA for Hawiah will be released in September and given there is a good chance he will have a RNS for TK at the end of September or early October potentially the Hawiah RNS might come out next week? Harry has repeatedly said they have barely drilled this but he suggests it will be a multiple of the TK resource in time as they have not drilled at depth yet or far along strike. The massive Copper/Gold find in Saudi might just keep on growing and growing like GGP has managed to pull off. Given Saudi are offering 75% mine finance at low interest and our partner is the Al Rashid family who have concessions all over Saudia Arabia if Harry can pull this off then you can imagine how many other concessions Kefi might be able to get their hands on. i have a feeling Kefi has a very long way to go and mix in very influential circles so i think Kefi is not a one trick pony but could grow substantially once we get TK and Hawiah under our belts.

Level 2 is being moved very quickly today. 10 minutes ago we had 3 MMs at 5.7 and as i was writing this moved to 5.8 and then 5.9 in about 20 seconds on consistent but relatively small volumes. Might stick around 5.9 for about 20 minutes at this rate but looking very positive subject to resistance at 6.

lots a decent buying today getting in before next tuesday results. Monday is likely to be a stellar day. The key here is that while the results look at the six months from Jan 1st - 30 June 2020 the key bit will be exactly how fast Eve are growing and what the new marketing plan will deliver. The recent trading statement hinted at above management expectations but that is often a way of saying we have smashed it out of the park :)

although that press release is 4 years old but i suspect he does have a project that needs some cash but as you say all the ****ing time!

i suspect the Randy sale is a number of factors. he might need the money, he was sitting on a good profit, he might not have got what he expected in that i suspect Randy Martin was being looked at to build a mine or cobble something together and perhaps Condor have not used him to great effect so potentially sidelined a little. Clearly not ideal as we do not know if he has stopped selling or will continue but the good news is that someone else is buying healthily and so far we have not seen any JM notifications so who knows. However price has held up very well at 50p although i would have preferred it at 60p where we were earlier in the year and a long way from where we are now in terms of what has been achieved. That RNS for land ownership will come and then hopefully a toll mining RNS with Calibre or maybe Mako as that will maximise share price growth and bring forward some cashflow by 18 months and almost fund the mine purchase outright with minimal dilution as we would be needing a lot less and at a higher share price. That would certainly be my preference anyway.

UKInvestor both Condor and Kefi are probably looking at 2-3x in next 6 months. They might pop at different times but Condor is just very solid that you know you will get to the destination in the end. Condor big attraction is that we should easily prove up a 5m ounze district of gold as according to MC "we are drowning in targets" and we have a massive concession of land. This 5m ounze number attracts the big players like Rio Tinto who just moved into Nicaragua on the lookup for big gold purchases. Once Condor hits the 5m ounze district, has an operating mine or pretty damn close, and a share price north of £1.50 Condor will certainly be open to offers. Whether it will get sold is another matter but if the number is big enough it will be sold and that is a good positive for shareholders to know. I say £1.50 as there is a nice bonus for the management at that number and it can be only triggered if the company is sold hence also why MC and management are hell bent to not dilute too much as that will make that magic number harder to reach. Kefi is also a barnstormer proposition but comes with a little more seat of your pants action but if the moons align will be a nice Christmas.

Well fair play to whoever is buying as they are investing at one hell of a time in Condor. I am not sure someone like JM is buying more as they have very specific windows they can buy due to being a director and privy to what is going on more than us mere mortals but he has the pockets and the bigger his stake the more he will invest his time in the project and give any financial support that might be needed to get this over the line. Very handy to have a few billionaires in the back pocket. Have not heard much from our other other Billionaire investor Ross Beaty for a while.

We are almost back to 0 market cap once you remove over £10m of cash. Looking at around a £3m on top so plenty of room for expansion over coming months once we see trajectory of recovery that from all research implies a strong recovery since April and a lot stronger once Eve address the market strategy with their new agency Folk. Definitely looking good and looking 6 months away you are probably looking at 2-3x on todays valuation as profit growth could be substantial if the hybrid mattresses continue to sell so strongly with decent margins.

Take the opportunity to load up imo but lockdown2 in some shape or form is on the cards for a large number of people so Eve is going to work out well.

This is the exciting flashing “New” on the CNE website. Its some worthless certificate they probably paid to get that they got last year. Simply shocking they put that as some major news announcement?

This is the second consecutive certification since 2018.

The extension of the MOU was until 22 September 2020 so that must be close to coming out of the oven as everything appeared to be getting closer. It would be great to get this news sometime in the next few weeks as that would move Eqtec on some given the project was valued at £150m.

Where did you hear that from? I was going to start calling the company to find out a little more but good to know if you have heard this specifically but this specific type of PR role is remote so should not be impacted and would not take long to organise. I sent emails to a number of people including Richard. This was before the AGM and i initially i got a 1 line response saying he would get back but have chased but he has gone quiet so sadly cannot share anything. i just wanted an update on the outcome of the AGM that in reality shareholders should be party to. The radio silence is unnecessary and organising to get an RNS out is not rocket science. This really starts to feel like poor management at the top of the company that needs to get nipped in the bud. I would certainly expect a 1 pager on every project they have built or are building on their website to give a sense of momentum more because i know it would help CNE drive sales enquiries. Today if you were a company outside of China looking for Ethanol production one look at CNE and you would move on as it looks they do not even have a single customer from their website and the UK website is completely out of date. This to me explains why CNE have 95% of business inside China only today.

I'm in Eve and Kefi from sub penny days but see both as great investments as they both have specific hallmarks that i am drawn towards. Personally i think Kefi and Eve can each be 2-3x + from today within 6 months subject to various factors slotting into place. Likewise i can see the likes of Eqtec doing the same as they have an incredible business model in waste to energy. lets not forget Condor are about to drop 3 RNS that will be transformational over next few months. Worth hedging yourself against the stress on the economy post Brexit, Covid2 and China backlash. Gold, Mattresses and Clean energy for me should hopefully dodge the worst of that down draft and not put all my eggs in the same sector.
