With a market cap now at £22m this could be one of the most undervalued stocks you could find. Not only are we about to financially close a $300m+ financing with limited dilution due to our $100m of historic investment being recognised in the consortium but we have JQ and Hawiah, with the matter massively bigger than TK with a major partner. I know there are risks but crikey 2 years from now we will moving $100m+ of free cashflow around just for TK. Hawiah is already one of the biggest copper finds in the world and has not even started so while Harry has had a chequered history of hitting timelines this year almost everything has been on time and with full backing of the MOM and EG. Sometimes you ask what more can Kefi do and it seems that when we bank our 70-80% stake in TK will some people take notice but the project is close to being merely now a signing procedure. Gla as surely todays RNS continues to underpin the NPV of at least 9p and we are 1/18th of that today. If Harry delivers his plan this will be a long way north in less than 2 months and we are due some major update within 3 weeks.

All on track. Deeside and all projects are moving towards financial close and every step derisks each of the 13 projects and counting. With a sales pipeline they stopped reporting at around £1bn if they can scale, as they look to be close with global partners in place, latter half of this year could be explosive.

The best part of SA is Artan are pushing hard, have loads of cash and the right connections to make move SA quickly. Harry talk will not even get a look in. TK is going to quickly come together now as everyone is on the same page. Every new RNS will close the risk gap and we will step up each time. Financial closure on TK will be a big day for everyone and secure the long-term future of Kefi proper.

Bear in mind CNEL invests all our profits in bigger projects as we get paid in arrears. This is why cash balance is low and just shows all profits are re-invested. We get all that money back as a projects rolls out and in this case if another project has not come along the cash balance will swell until such a project happens. we will see and quite soon but key is releasing news on delayed contracts and other news from last 6 months and some further forward guidance. Its with the BOD whether they want to return as best they can or not as clearly not answering basic questions on contracts that takes limited time is something you would expect.

I agree. i think the management would like the injection so they should be working to make sometihng happen. Calibre has lost some value and surely its half empty mill is not helping. you would think even Calibre might actually want to send some good news to investors as a half utilised mill just makes Calibre look bad when they have a partner ready to work with. lets hope that the dataroom has been worked over and something has been cooking as frankly there has been so little updates of any strategic importance for a very long time.

We should be due a slew of RNS updates and Harry will be equally motivated. key ones will be security and MOM admin and lesser ones will be insurance and contracotor details but some of these could be wrapped together as they are interlinked. This opens the bank debt and ensures the consortium inject the cash. we do not have an exact on that but if they are "commencing October" proper this would imply cash in bank in August but that is not clear to me as fleet order etc must be done asap. Hawiah and JQ updates will all have a positive impact. i can see 1-2 RNS per month and with each you might expect a steady upward pressure. we do need to hit certain prices to release the warrants so everything will be focused on getting the shares to 2.5p and i think we have plenty of powder to blow this higher over the coming months. Certainly today the risk reward profile is exceptional as the steps now are more box ticking as we will get the security report with a wedge of cash and Mom are clearly on board. really very little to hold this back and yet the share is langushing as if we lost TK and and Hawiah and just left with JQ.

you would think so but they have done so much to undermine trust in the share, not least dropping a profits warning the day before results, when they would have known for sometime things were not good and normal companies would provide some update on contract wins or delays at the very least in normal business updates and they could have said something that Covid could be a factor. The key question is have these delayed contracts signed and what is the first half like as they already know this as the first half is now over. if we return in August then i do not see why they do not release the half yearly before they go back to the market. If the shares had been trading for last 15 months the shares would have been considerably ahead after first set of results, maybe 10-15p and then the profits warning would have an impact. The question is how the market factors all these variables in. On the one side we have more accumulated profits that could be paid as a dividend almost greater than the current market cap of the company and lots of positives but on the other side we had a profits warning that was unexpected topped up with some bearish sentiment. This is set to against a backdrop of the greatest increase in Ethanol demand globally ever with countries pushing for E10 and more to keep petrol costs down now that Ethanol is cheaper than petrol. I guess China operates differently but CNEL should with all those lovel PR cash PR contracts should be rolling in contracts from India, sadly lacking the last time i looked. Lets get back to the market first and push like crazy to make sure the BOD release contract news as this is key to confidence. if the big deals were delayed 6 months from Covid that is fine. if they were canceled more serious but the update clearly stated delays only so that is somewhat different. on the top of all this you cannot assume the BOD are not up to something to maybe buy cheap shares and increase their holding over the company and one day pay out that dividend to themselves.

what we need is the BOD to update on the delayed contracts news. this is key as we have had full 6 months since the eoy and that should be forthcoming prior to going back onto the HKex. if the BOD do not disclose new contracts they would surely be in breach of what the HKex expect them to fully disclose as per the RNS on suspension. if CNEl disclose delayed contracts have not started then that is equally important. if they fail to share this news and then allow insiders to trade on that news it would be insider dealing. they must fully disclose all recent news before relisting in my understanding. obviously the BOD have never disclosed anything so i have to say i am not expecting it but now they have released a profit warning surely the HKex will probe that the board are not up to some of teir tricks.

Eqtec has a long long way to go and so undervalued today that not really sure anyone can get excited unless you have been fortunate and recently joined as this should continue rising on fundamentals and once the AIM wobble has turned as the tide has cleared out a lot of over exposed investors who needed to sell. I am seeing a lot of bargain hunters coming back into the market and over the next 6 months there is expected news on projects that should confirm Eqtec as a major success story growing revenue and profits. projects are all progressing but slowly but all still on track. Last 6 months of the year will be a good one in my view so 1.5p+ is easily expected.

Will put the radar. Investors are spoilt for choice probably as market has completely crashed in AIM stocks especially, even if they are doing well. The tide has well and truly gone out but there will be a turning point. I like Kefi as we will have almost no dilution and once financial close occurs in next few months we have $340m to build the mine so just a waiting game and gold should rise substantially next 12 months. With bitcoin crashed it is no safe haven and gold has not budged much but things will change as instability increases and gold will claim its rightful place. Will look at UFO. Condor Gold is also very very close to its financial close on its mine and like Kefi its been at it 15 years so getting close to the big event. sense will come back to valuations as these companies have invested 3-6x their current market cap so that means a lot of losses to carry forward to ensure no corporation tax for many years.

Long rise ahead, with step ups as more news released over coming weeks and months. We are still only valued at £27m? This is for 3 massive assets and we have converted $80m of sweat equity and i believe the other $40m of prior expense i to our 70-80% equity in the project. We should be multiples of today just for starters but i guess some might argue still a few more hurdles but the umbrella reduced risk 75% at least and now we have smaller details to fine tune. We will reach a fairer valuation around 1.5p in due course and then 1.5-2.5p around October once everything is done for TK. If Hawiah or JQ get the green light then we should be motoring north of this as even 1.5p is £50m so ridiculously cheap given we have a monster gold and copper mining operation within a few years with all finance and limited dilution. probably the best buy stock i am aware of, as long as you buy into the next few months concluding the security, insurance and any final MoM issues. Clearly MoM and EG are well on board so its largely small details now as we have the equity for the bank loans in place.

Looks to be imminent then. My preference, given last update, is they to get half yearly completed or at least tell us new contracts as many were supposedly delayed so knowing they started in first half would go a long way. Newsflow over next few weeks will step Kefi up. Security, and then insurance and Hawiah and JQ so all falling into place. The key is we got the money ready now and the rest are details to work over and update steadily with an RNS. Main thing TK is going ahead.

I sense a hint of sour grapes here but the ride has just begun and if you want to see 1.5p wait a few weeks as more news lands across the board. MoM have always backed this project and everything was about getting the umbrella agreement. This is a huge deal for Ethiopia as its success will trigger confidence in the country. We got a massive land parcel from the MOM only last year and we can take our pick now and could become a much bigger mine operator in time. Fortune favours the brave and kefi will be rewarded by the EG and MOM for making this all happen.

this will ride and ride now. So much good news to come and yes so shot-termers will exit for a quick flip but this will drive higher over coming weeks as more details emerge and we sre just the cusp of becoming a serious playet. Hawiah and JQ now have massive value as we can now be in a position to do so. As expected MOM and EG are supporting this major mine investment i doubt we will be less than 1.5p in a week, maybe sooner, that triggers next warrents and onwards we go as there is almost no dilution as we are in the process of converting $80m sweat equity into out 70-80% equity ownrrship in a $300m+ mine. Its so big i think investors are still digesting. There is no doubt im my mind we will be seeing a lot of RNS updates for next 6 months that will all propel Kefi to a much higher valuation as everything is coming together, no least Saudi projects and licenses. Big day for all investors but it will take a few chunky rises over a few days to really shake out the short-term traders and move onwards, although there is not so many to crunch through.

Price rapidly climbing and massive upside here as so many bigger investors will move in now. All coming together finally.

Key is multiple parties at “due diligence” so its well advanced race to get this closed. Who knows but price could be higher if we get higher offers.

I was happy to hear Harry did not come to the talk yesterday as it was poorly timed as clearly he has work to be getting on with to bring everything together. The key is the umbrella agreement signing as i suspect all the regulatory matters are manageable. Lets see how the day develops.

Expected Closure of Deeside in less than 8 weeks sounds great to me. extension could have bern longer but they must be in the final stages. Great news in current global state as everything is taking longer.

I think your spot on and James and your possibly very fortunate be here at this precise moment and have cash available. All of these companies are not spending millions on due diligence and having all these meetings for fun. They are there to sign agreement and move on subject to Ethiopian govt and MoM doing what they also need to do and open their country to mining. Kefi is the first major so its a massive deal for Ethiopia. The umbrella agreement is happening and MoM just as before support Kefi while playing a bit of bad cop to get this done.
