Well we are still 90% down on 2 years ago and we are in a much better place on every level. Roll on the days when we get back to 1.75p and a 10x opportunity. Incredibly we would still only be worth £200m but one step at a time as plenty of churn to work through on the way up. Anyone with cash this is the time to buy in as tomorrow i suspect we will continue motoring upwards as next news is close.

The way i see it all the things being hoped for 18 months are now coming off the conveyor belt and a lot more besides. The 20m euro deal is the tip of the iceberg and that is just for France. US is the elephant in the corner and North For is going to blow up to 10-20 projects. 18 months ago we were sliding from 3p down to 1p on slipped project deadlines however key was projects were simply delayed and now stacked up. There is no way we are worth £20m and i feel we the IP and solid global leadership in our space we can easily move towards £150m over coming 6-12 months as North Fork and Croatia complete and as more financial closures build.

After Idex deal today we are only a market cap of £20m and this single deal with Idex is worth not far off this. The mind boggles how far we have to travel andd i am envious of those buying today as even £150m is going to look cheap in 18 months once a dozen more deals around the world close financials. With Italy a success this will help Eqtec build a considerable market position.

Back to what we were a few days ago. I see next week a long climb up back to .3 and then we need steady news on projects to keep momentum. Key here is we have guaranteed income of 15m from “services” and 1.5m cash split between now and end of project. We also get a handy 5% stake so that has some value. The first of many and i am surprised we have not bounced 50% or more as 32% only takes us to .18 and that is still ridiculously low. We need to wait and churn over the resistance but i think today thr climb will be as big as the fall but in reverse. Gla.

Eqtec are now fully on forward momentum. IDEX are massive and they wi build dozens of these projects and this will drammatically improve immediate and medium term finances.

Fantastic news as this is going to be a mega pipeline with IDEX. £750k cash upfront and £750k on completion. £15m of fees over 16 months, 5% stake and we can use for sales. This is starting to look like the mega turnaround we have all been expecting. Fingers on buzzers!

Honestly i think someone is a forced to seller. There have been large sells last few days and that individual or institution is taking at least a 50% loss. I only hope it is not Altair but it will end. Nothing has changed with Eqtec and actually now Italy is live and North Fork is a month away Eqtec are generativ cashflow. I made a lot of money from stocks in firesales but sadly i am on the receiving end of this one. Pretty unpleasant but for those with powder a good chance to average down in a big way.

I do have to agree on the CFO who i think is out of his depth and the lack of financial closures is the test of his ability. He can probably argue external factors but really when DP was putting cash into North Fork with almost no security and impact on cash the CFO should have spotted the risks. On. Flipside North Fork is about to launch and eventually we will get all our money back and hopefully 10-20 further projects in California. However he needs to deliver the refinance in. italy and not miss desdlines as Deeside and Southport have been left wanting. We will arrive at a destination but journey is sadly long.

Sadly the share price is driven by fear and greed and not necessarily fundamentals. We now trade less than 60% of net assets and even our stake in the North Fork project that, will go live in a month, will be worth more than our entire market capitalisation today at £16m. The mind boggles but we just need to let pis fight it out and at some point other investors spot the opportunity in Eqtec. gla

Partly historical warrants are out of money and expiring so this is some sort of balancing act but they will trigger on a takeover. I would prefer the options to be triggered at a share price level greater than yesterday. Just a few weeks back this was over 30p so sadly pis have helped orchestrate a lower share price on tiny volumes. Would be nice to see pis have confidence as i felt a takeover is only doable at 50p+ and today 100% premium is not going to happen. asset buyer is presumably waiting on tight legal to make sure things will not get held up once they own it.

It is a meeting place for all manner of purposes and would be unusual not to given its a place to meet other CEOs, maybe looking for his next move once Condor is sold but even if sale is about to be completed this weekend i am sure he would still attend, not least to update other CEOs and investors on the process and maybe book in some after dinner speech oppportunities and secure some roles as advisor.

Also on the AGM q&a was talk of all the syndicate flying in and getting all the definitive agreements in place so this is happening. i think credit sign off will happen in July and sometime end of July i suspect an announcement that definitive agreements are ready for signing. Whether anything gets done in August is anyones guess but if we get the key news this month with definitive agreements done and signing in September i would be very happy. however really more needs to get done this month to really hit the ground in October. once credit is signed off things will move a lot quicker.

The credit signoff is the next BIG news that will almost guarantee the mine goes ahead as it is most of the money. We have been in credit for weeks now so we should get that confirmation this month. 1 month is more than enough time given we already had the credit approval in principle. Once this i done the rest falls into place and we will start the long climb up and those in at these levels should be very handsomely rewarded. Those already in at higher levels might need to wait.

Latest research estimates market growth in Gassification to reach over $800bn by 2032. If Eqtec can even aim for .1% of that or $800m things would be looking up. We have the patents and the tech and we are firmly in the US having fought off a ridiculous patent infringement robustly and Eqtec came out very strong so we just need the backing to join this revolution in US.

I was reading that from 2028 incinerators will be clobbered with taxes so the attractiveness of that model is at an end and doubt any can or will get built and those in existence will be repurposed, possibly into solutions offered by Simec but also gasification retrofitting. Gassification will be one of the key planks for replacing highly polluting and poor energy conversion of incineration over the next decade. Eqtec still need to prove their model but France is the MDC that should deliver. It makes sense for more waste to use AI and robotics to separate different items and sort so it could be turned into an automated process as the hardest stage is really the sorting of waste and then sending to the different plants that manage that waste processing.

If you believe Eqtec has a bright future average down. Painful as if is to see a loss no one can predict a share prices movement and so many factors are external. I think the projects look great, that operate successfully and we have cracked the holy grail of gasification for 40 feedstocks. Timing is everything but i have great belief in the proven technology and that pipeline of pipelines is real but will take time to gear up. I am confident a major will buy Eqtec within 5 years as they need to diversify and i am pretty sure Eqtec will become a billion dollar company in time. However today we focus on delivery and deliver each step and then once we do that find that deep pocketed partner who will back all projects and pull the trigger. We are getting closer to that day but i dont know when. Gla

I remind myself of last webinar where MC said non binders have more robust bids. We have the bids and they rising and this will only help push the process along. He mentioned if in Nevada gold mines are going for full value but he pointed out we were .1 of that so somewhere between the two lies the answer. The slide on the massive number of unexplored licenses that come with La India will mean this mine could last 100s of years and be a multigenerational asset for the acquirer. It does require a buyer with the team to execute this project but is simple compared go Africa and i Nic you keep 100% as opposed to Africa where 30% is not uncommon for government and to keep militia at bay. Lets see if a binding deal can be concluded in July.

Sale is definitely close and i just feel buyers now have no reason to to hold out and now need to up their bid. Theoretically JM could take this to production himself. its a strong message.

if he is right, not that he has been very often, it would be a great day to get TK off the starting block, drop that $95m equity onto our balance sheet to beef up out net assets and watch Kefi move towards becoming a mid tier mining titan over coming years. With so much more to come we should be looking at a $300m company within a few years and a lot more if we get that Saudi listing in place. At these levels it is rude not to be have a few.
