Add to that number of non binding offers increased to 5, political situation very favourable in Nic and extra £1m in the kitty. Also plenty of commentary from MC a deal is on the horizon. A process like this should start to wrap up and see who out of the 5 bidders will walk away with the prize or first to pass the post.

We have settled at 30p+ on several ocassions and we are in a far better place than 3 months ago and valuation is low based on expected sale. potentially 100% uplift and limited downside at these levels.

This will settle mid 30s but will go higher if and when we get a binding offer from the 5 non binders in the bag. Hopefully 30p end of this week but news could be imminent so probably not one to sit on the sidelines with.

We are just undervalued and market is correcting. This should never have gone below 30p so this is slowly correcting back to 30s and then i suspect settle in the mid 30s before asset sale/takeover around 50-60p. good return looking at todays price if this comes together in next weeks or months. 5 non binding offers one has got to happen and board have been more than positive that we will see a binding offer soon. Just got to decide on valuation and hope what MC is saying will happen.

We are about to have 3 projects fall into our laps as the 10 slog is coming to fruition. Its understandable so many are jaded but just one of these projects is worth multiples of todays market cap. If we complete finance on all 3 in next 12 months we will easily 10x todays price. TK will be the torchlight as triggering TK triggers all projects as we will have plenty of cash out of the finance to plough into Saudi and we will have around a $90m equity uplift that we can then borrow money on. While i am sure placings will happen the fact we will have 70-80% equity in a $320 capex mine is a pretty decent asset that can open doors and prove Kefi can take on projects and deliver. Lets hope this month we get that credit sign off and/or investor sign off. Exciting next few months!

Key now is getting the bank committee to approve the debt. RNS says everything in place so will it happen this month? Harry announced a wider webinar with industry on 8th September so really he would be expecting to have sorted a major step of the final financing closure by then so im going with bank approval happening prior to 8th September or what has he got to say to investors that they have not already seen from this update.

Well we are all still here so presume everyone has not had their predictions met yet and why we check in to see anything new. I have made it clear we should have gone to production as action speaks louder than words but with a lot of cash being made by miners someone will be looking for a home and project to excite their shareholders and grow their enterprise. Remember most mid tier miners needs to grow to £500m+ entities before majors show interest so for many miners this would propel them into a good place. Certainly investors will need to see one of these binding offers soon or something else as MC has been confidently declaring a binding offer is inbound so he cant be promoting that without a high degree of confidence as he has moved the share price on this news as people have bought in. Therefore we just need to wait for that to happen. 30-40p should be where we should be until the binding offers land and offers should propel us over 50p+ so a pretty good return from todays shareprice if and when that happens.

Nice steady progress back towards 30p. Plenty of interest being shown and now just a wating exercise. I suspect August/Sept we should get a binding offer in the bag.

Plenty of mergers and acquisitions happen very quickly. Most companies buy on the basis of all the known data and should anything be found to be false they have a separate clause to sue the sellers. Ask Autonomy if they should have checked their data before selling to HP over a weekend. Certainly a little more due diligence benefits the seller as well as the buyer but the buyer has a lot of power post purchase. Those coming late also have the benefit of access to any new reports or comfort letters that might have been created during the early negotiations so often deals can be completed quicker as time progresses and obviously those that can complete quickly have an upper hand, even if the offer is less. Key now is getting the first binding offer and that should be soon.

Those late to party are likely to be cashpile heavy and will do less due diligence so often the late runner secures the prize. my valuation is rising as more enter the ring as the bidding could be furious to win this prize.

The article is about attracting foreign banks such as Barclays etc to come to the country. Our financing is already agreed in principle for those banks already in the country. Harry has already said EG have done everything so we are in final stages, maybe a security report or just some insurances needing to be in place. I expect a proper step will happen this month as Harry as recently as a few weeks was saying September. I expect we will drift to 1p and then to 2p before we receive investor cash sometime in Q4.

Certainly very confident and great to hear new enquiries "pouring in" as what often happens is a miner gets a pile of cash they need to deploy asap and this is a perfect project for a miner to take on. Within 3 years a built mine could easily be worth $300m+ and in the meantime extracted $100m-$200m in cash to pay down the cost of buying the mine. This is a huge win for whoever buys it but sadly it does not appear Condor investors will be the ones to reap the bigger rewards. Could be now weeks from a binding offer from what it sounds like.

Its a good job we have evolved model to tech sales and using 3rd parties as thats the only way Eqtec could possibly service 100s of sales. We just need to see those sales start to come to fruition. All eyes now on Italy refinance, Croatia and North Fork and a lot more besides but we need financial closures to make the market see that Eqtec are delivering and no longer just banging the drum.

Our total costs including a lot of work for 2022 was £2.5m. We will be running 2023 far lighter so while its likely £1.5m a year even at £2m gives us £1m for every 6 months. I am just looking at accounts and seems pretty obvious given substantial cost savings from no site clearance works etc. Anyway plenty of gas in the tank but just a waiting game now for binding offers.

The big news for me is aviation fuel. Airlines as part of net zero need to eventually switch but there is very little supply and velosys also in this space so this could lead to partnerships with airlines who are investing heavily and taking stakes in possible partners but great news. Let the good news keep rolling and will be back to a penny before you know it.

Key reason this might multibag on signing is we have already put up $95m of sweat equity that will form Kefi’s part of the equity that eventually gives us 80% stake in Kefi Ethiopia and other $300m comes from banks and investors. Given we are worth a bit over £20m today just converting all that historic cost into equity is a substantial upside and really when you consider we will be deploying $370m or thereabouts how can we be worth a fraction of that. Market is on its knees so who knows but i have never seen such a big potential upside subject to Kefi financing and Hawiah and JQ getting financed in 2024. Of course failure of Kefi is lights out but there is so much circumstantial information to give a degree of increasing confidence this is happening. Just NAV post finance will be £100m+ and that 4 bags on today and that does not take account of upside of Hawiah that dwarfs TK. With a good run we can easily create a mid tier copper and gold miner in 2/3 years.

Looking forward to a monday RNS, if something has happened, but certainly very positive commentary and September is still being discussed as kickoff so we must be very close. Could see a decent rise back to 1-2p once we do get the starting gun proper. There is much distance to cover but lets see but certainly there is plenty of smoke billowing now so we should fire up pretty soon. Mybe the line directly afterward the one you posted might allay your concerns and if we have not got funding in full swing by September then we will access short-term finance as we have done for many many years so really nothing new.
