If they are buys that means a total of over 3 Million bought today and only 58(!) shares sold and yet the SP is down. How is that possible?

Are those two 1 Million trades buys or sells?

In that case, assuming you are actually invested here, why don't you sell up and stick it all in COPL? What could possibly go wrong?

Yeah, really cheap, now down to 6.38. Anyone who invested 12 months ago would now be looking at an 82% loss! Think I will stick with ALGW.

SP up over 10% in the last week (even without news!), up 25% YTD and 50% in the last 12 months but no buying and no interest of course! Even those invested since IPO would have had a decent return.

Daisy - I have other stocks in my portfolio but a good percentage of my SIPP fund is invested in ALGW. Other stocks in my portfolio have performed OK over the last year or two and others have been rubbish. ALGW has held it's own throughout the market turmoil of the last 12 months or so and it is clear to me that the future of the company is bright as evidenced by the recent broker note. Let's just wait and see the end of year BOAGF update and the year end accounts and then we will perhaps see some clear evidence of which direction the SP could be heading.

If the SP really is at 3.5p at the end of the year ( i think it will be much higher) that would represent a 27% increase over today's SP. Who wouldn't be happy with a 27% increase in their investment in less than a year? I know I would and that's why I shall continue to add to my current holding.

I too am frustrated about the lack of news but there has clearly been a big increase in the AUM over the last few months and I believe in the business model so I am happy to wait. Interesting to see that certain posters continue their non stop criticism of the company, particularly when the SP drops. Let's see if the same posters make some positive comments about the company when the SP rises on news. That should help to indicate whether they are actually invested in ALGW or for whatever reason they simply have an axe to grind.

Well said. One of them stated last week that he/she had left the forum only to start posting again, while the other one who claims to be in profit constantly slates the company. None of it makes any sense. Is there a way to filter out their posts?

Daisy, I stated in my previous post that the SP has doubled since July and that anyone who has been invested since then has had a very significant return. However, you chose to ignore what I said and state instead that the SP has doubled since inception nearly five years ago. Well let's just take that in for a minute. Are you seriously trying to suggest that if you had invested lets say £10K five years ago and your investment is now valued at £20K, that equates to a poor return?! Any cash invested in a savings account over the last five years would have produced virtually nothing and there are plenty of stocks out there which would have resulted in zero or even negative growth. You have already stated that you are in profit so what is the issue exactly?

If you check my previous posts you will see that I have predicted precisely nothing. On a downward spiral? The SP has doubled since July. Anyone who has been in since then will have done extremely well so no big surprise that there's been some profit taking. Anyway I thought you had left this forum?

Fantastic news. Strange that last night's posts on here were deleted. It just goes to show that it's always better to trust your own judgment and not listen to the constant negativity of some of the contributors to this forum. This company is clearly going places.

Share 22K, you have only been a member on here for a few months but if you have genuinely been invested for the last 5 years and seen no progress, isn't it time you sold up and looked elsewhere?
