my understanding is that we were hoping for that part of 10m cash to come in before summer this year from Mankayan deal. that would have provided much needed cash.
now that Mankayan is off the table, although its good with regards to we could sell higher, however, in the short term, that means BZT will need to do another placing soon to cover the shortfall of the expected cash
hence, may reflect why our sp not risen as much.
will be good if placing is done very soon (Expect PR to be ramped up in order to attract demand for placing) ideally by this month or early May, while our sp still high.
the longer we wait, sp will drift and hate to think placing sub 0.2p
with situation in india is getting worst, i doubt IIP can make any progress anytime soon
this will be for very long term hold and at the moment, wont surprised me if we are drifting back lower
potentially we are down due to forward selling as brokers know what is coming next.
our new broker are very good at this and look at their website for past transactions. they could possibly issue RNS for placing and egm on the same RNS (egm to approve headrom).
https://easadvisors.com/transactions/
it is my guess, so dont take my word for me. dyor and look at their website above
https://easadvisors.com/transactions/
has anyone here looked at EAS website below:
https://easadvisors.com/transactions/
many example of the deals and transactions that EAS has done. This will give idea of why EAS is hired (to do what they do best) and what EAS will do to assist PREM.
I expect EGM to be organised soon in order to approve it soon .
i bought in today as i like battery metal exposure/. dont really care much about the Slovenia gas. if we ever win litigation in the future, that will be an added bonus.
however , i am here for the ESG metal. check last week presentation on CORO in proactive website, which also mentioned about AST and how close we are to news on in.
many are ****ed off on current performance, but to newbies, this low mcap low sp is bargain
Just saw this article talking about TESLA and also mentioned about AMC on nickel deposit
https://www.proactiveinvestors.co.uk/companies/news/943232/teslas-move-in-new-caledonia-highlights-just-how-strategic-big-nickel-assets-are-likely-to-become-943232.html
due to various placings in the past, now PREM mcap looks too high compared to many other AIM listed companies
mcap 35m !! and low cash/
PREM sp has risen several bags from 0.04p. so now is time to bank the profit imho
rns today has similar wording as rns dated 2 Oct 2019
https://www.lse.co.uk/rns/PREM/zulu-update-1xuip1twpkgjty4.html
"The Company will notify the market as and when the Company receives written communication pertaining to the status of Zulu's EPO application."
and since then still no EPO , expect primary bird and placings..... dejavu ??
yes, noticed sp rise today but i suspect this will be sold down massively by huge placing undertaken. like most placing, expect sp to drift lower towards placing price.
i am sure someone can tell what is the placing and warrants price here.
look at how XSG has risen rapidly once their shares were consolidated. once sp not in penny, certain type of fund managers are then allowed to start buying in. (fyi some fund managers are not able to buy penny shares accordance to their own fund master prospectus. )
i know a couple of SPAC below have risen and their mcap is a couple of times their cash. however, which one is the cheapest SPAC, and by cheapest, i mean mcap is mostly covered by cash or mcap is not too far off from cash.
