is it in EAS interests to get funding organised at premium, as that will ensure sp rises so that their warrants will be in the money.
if EAS organise funding at discount, unlikely for sp to rise and as such, their warrant will be worth less !
i have taken small position in all 3 main rare earth players:
RBW
MKA
KNDC
puzzled how come KDNC still not rising at the back of rare earth despite MKA and RBW been rising. it was rising because of iron ore as its still below radar on rare earth despite huge asset KDNC has.
may increase some position soon. rare earth getting more attention lately

bought back some more. this is very positive as proven that Thomas supporting ORM and voted to pass the resolution.. saw this in twitter make sense:
"this is positive as it shows TA the largest shareholder is supportive of ORM &expect they to come out with solution on how to finance copper project with minimal dilution - debt finance? #ORM "

he may want to get himself board seat? if so, he may start buying more his stake to bring from 21% to 29%
or perhaps he may want to takeover ORM ?
TEO original deadline was Dec 2020. we then asked for extension and AMC anticipates to complete by Q1 2021.
Authority only give a yearly extension as a standard, and hence the extension AMC requested last year is now approved and as a standard, IE the new deadline is until Dec 2021, ie a year after last deadline of dec 2020.
nevertheless, AMC still expected to complete soon in this Q1 2021 from my understanding
IIP is not the only companies trading below NAV. with situation of covid in india not yet stabilising. i fear IIP share price will be trading in the range until such time lockdown is easing and all citizens vaccinated.
in the meantime, we may have to wait till summer at least
