ITs still a new venture steve, not sure why people think it flies until they have build the business, why would it ... hence im here for this to play out as ive always said, only short termers constantly talk about daily price movements .. look again in the summer, until then no point watching it daily unless trading, and thats not really going to work for many as its so illiquid ... focus on other stocks and come back in the summer or major news ill keep adding on weakness to keep a low average .. see you when something happens... I’ve no energy anymore for personal commentary on individuals Steve people come and go, new RNSs bring me back to analyse if that’s ok and share some wisdom to help others, wasn’t aware I signed a contract or that it should really matter to random names on a board I’ll never meet - I know it seems to give a lot of lonely people energy but personally I can’t even remember what boards I’m on half the time - in many many groups (mostly private) - I’m only interested on commentary on stocks.

All good but Zak is just a chartist - news and sentiment removed. Charts to be me are bull sh it. Could be 5x up or down - news and sentiment drives small caps.

Just have to see how it goes … it the end it’s all about the gold .. same mc whatever the share count -they just need to produce results.

Friday was the 3rd largest volume day since November, interest is building back and i expect it to continue this week, we should be close to double figures being back with or without news. Not only are we a few weeks away tops from licence news, we also have the potential for these to land at at any time:

This is cheapest multi gas play by a mile and once we start reaching milestones in the build up to 2 huge drills the rerate will be spectacular. Even to 50m mc and to align more closely with our peers such as HE1 is 50p per share. But this is much bigger than than ultimately .. with 2 much larger resources. Focus also on the fact the B0D didn't throw in 3m of their own money for the laugh ... SL

The derampers who have been banging on about the number of shares, you would think they would be happy now with a consolidation but no, which proves they were just using it as a something to bash with, you can't have it both ways, do you want less shares or not!!!

I think some missed my point around the number of shares it was all about market cap - the valuation is still the same of a company if you have 1m shares or £1 each or 100m shares of £100 each - however there are many reasons as to why a smaller number of shares is attractive as i have outlined, and as the company has outlined in the rns - and guzzler - the ii mention is in the RNS so maybe the writer of the RNS was drunk also if thats your take. II's come in many shapes and forms including small cap funds and those that specialise is microcaps or growth companies, or natural resources. A consolidation will aslo halp people buy, as said i could not buy more than 1bn shares on ii - it crashed their system as they are not set up for you to hold more than 1bn shares - i had to reduce to 99999999, after a call with them on that account - so again the problems of this volume of shares is negated by a consolidation.

As said the last few weeks this should never have dropped 50% on a slight delay - just shows you the state of the market and trading patterns these days. It didn’t rise today - it just regained a bit of the ground it shouldn’t have lost. For me this is a unicorn share - diamond hands for the next 6-12 months and £1 will be seen easily, do try and time a few trades - hold and wait for the mutiples. Let’s see the SP at Christmas. SL

do you understand how a consolidation works - it will be 1500:1 whatever the SP so if it rises this make no difference, its not at today's price they are not fixing it haha :) also im not expecting much this month anyway - still early days in this new venture - come back in the summer /.. see you in june SL

Ii's have purchase rules they don't touch fraction shares most of them , other that the odd renagade fund . it can only help .. ill defo be adding after consol.

As at 6 February 2025 (being the latest practicable date prior to the publication of the Circular), the Company had 74,462,211,686 Existing Ordinary Shares in issue. With shares of low denominations, small absolute movements in the share price can represent large percentage movements resulting in volatility. The Board also believes that the bid-offer spread on shares priced at low absolute levels can be disproportionate to the share price and therefore to the detriment of Shareholders. The Board is of the view that it would benefit the Company and Shareholders to reduce the number of Existing Ordinary Shares in issue with a resulting adjustment in the market price of such shares, by consolidating the Existing Ordinary Shares on the basis of 1 New Ordinary Share of 0.15p for every 1,500 Existing Ordinary Shares of 0.0001p each. This is expected to assist in reducing the volatility in the Company's share price and enable a more consistent valuation of the Company, making the Company's shares more attractive to institutional investors.

Of course - in term of mc it makes no difference as ive always said, but also as said some ii's wont touch stocks of a fraction of a penny, and i nearly crashed the ii system last week cos they wont let you hold 1billion plus! why would you think its not? love to know your reasoning .. if you are 70% down as you say this is the best outcome to release value ..

It needed to happen, some brokers eg ii couldn't hold more than 1 billion shares per account i had issues and had to split a holding. Also shares of a fraction of a penny don't attract ii's or small cap funds, should do now - it shouldn't affect mc , if anything the very act of consolidation should bring in much wanted attention ill be throwing in a futher x k this week either way for fun,. onwards and upwards campers. oh and remember .. f uck the haters, they need one up the ar se anyway!! :)

Perception is reality and thats what lse printed so its what people see - traders wont have a clue there are a few share to potentially to add and, even so, its still one of the smallest on AIM MCS - id say this goes to 12-15s on next rns. SL
