Cant agree - you have to speculate to accumulate they could issue bonds in a heart beat, if you believe in the asset put your money where you mouth is - 20m is nothing even for a poor country in the grand scheme, its of national importance and yet they are letting us deal with an effective loan shark that will take a big chunk of the asset that has gone on since last August still with no signature - doesn't make sense to me. Yep, its just a hold as this progresses, ignore the noise, the delay is being eaten away at we are now in February, and a 50% drop was ridiculous anyway.

There is going to be one almighty rerate back up when the first permit is awarded, thats all its going to take for a swift, fully funder drill. A strike then sends it off the scale before moving on to Mt. Winter and large off takes with Aus majors .. it will all come together very quickly from here. 18p when first drill was a lot further off than it is now .. go figure.
