Well it’s interesting you have made 61 posts on here this month ranger on a board dedicated to ‘thieves’ and don’t post elsewhere so you must have some interest, is this your only stock? Maybe spread the risk, it’s wise .. 6-8 stocks minimum generally a good idea.

It will proper bounce at some point so if can get average down do so is my advice - at very least it will be pumped by the company prior to a future raise but hopefully before with a good update

Shares are gernally a long term hold - buying in here is to watch the company grow and develop with their own processing plant - you might get a lucky in and out sometimes but that’s why the market generally is in such dire straights cos that’s what eveyone expects. I’d rather they just distributed any sale proceeds to holders - been here too long as it is just want to see Chuddich sorted and add the value we have been waiting for - the years ahead I have no interest in - leave that to a new wave of holders.

Sorry ... didn't finish - 50-75m funding package - there would need to be a lot of caveats to that and a private company risking such large funds is going to want to take a large part of the pie. I also don't get why if the asset is so good a major doesn't just provide the funds, its nothing to them tiny pocket change - never understood why they want a piece of the action .. for peanuts and we have to go to affectively loan sharks.

In term sof funding the worry is how much we have to give away, we certianly done want to be left with less than 30% from 100% at the outset. If we are looking at t a 3 drill campign its going to need to be upwards of 50

Steve - enlarged just means there are more shares since the issue of stock in lieu of debt intrest, its common language for 'there are now more shares'

We don't want a consolidation, it always results in drop in mc and the number of shares is irrelevant its the mc that matters. However - at such a low mc there is only so far this can fall and at the current valuation any raise should be seen as value acreative if its targeted at increasing production and helps us on our journey to self sufficiency. Trolls use raises as negatives but they are necessary for growth, not sure how else people expect small caps to operate pre-revenue to support the company, which takes time. We only took ownership of these mines a few months ago - capital is required to bring them on .. but there is clear path to profitability.
