RE: OUTPUT DATA18 Sep 2023 16:09
BV,
Since its so important to you here it is, no issue for me to post it..
"Forward Hedge Management
The Company's hedge counterparty has agreed to allow the Company to crystallise (i.e. unwind) 50% of its forward hedge liability from Q3 2024 to the end of the hedge profile in June 2025. Settlement for each unwind is deferred until the periods in question and no interest is being charged. The resulting hedge profile will leave the Company and its shareholders with more exposure to upward movements in gas prices going forward."
i did point out the possible bad news.. its 4 line long and no details on how it will work.. based on historical rns info, the lack of detail has been bad..
and before you reference the "details" in the RNS of the 21st of July, they are ambigous and along the line of the "no Upfront Cost" for deferring the hedge. And since you you are braging about getting all you investors questions answered, here is a question you can ask.
'In realtion to the partial unwinding fo the hedge, in 3Q24 for the 1,840,000 therms, are mecuria getting paid 1.226/therm or are they getting 1.226/therm less the hedge rate of 0.356 leaving them nett 0.87 per therm.'
be useful for a change and get that answered..
And as regards GL, as per RNS 15th August: "Angus Energy plc (AIM:ANGS) notifies shareholders that with effect from 14th August 2023, George Lucan has formally stepped down from the Board and the position of Executive Chairman as scheduled in the RNS announcement of 14 July 2023"
of the if you are referring to this:
"but will remain available as a resource for the Company for some months after that to assist in the prospective global refinancing as well as our longer term gas storage project."
that is just George saying he will make himself available..Doesnt mean his offer will or has taken him up!
one would hope they dont given the financing arrangements he has put togther for angus so far, although i wouldnt be surprised if Mecuria insist on his involvement in the refinancing give how well they are doing out of his previous arrangements.. he is probably on a retainer too..
Irresepective he is no longer an angus employee, just accept it BV..
and now if you could do me the curiuosity of answering the questions i asked you., to use your terminology., why are you such a dix?
