If you care to look, You will find the same spiel in RNS's from Lord Lucans time and before and look where we are.

There is a long history of progression, acquisitions, opportunities etc to go with the falling share price.

To try interpret those statements as anything other than meaningless PR Spin is disingenuous at best.

Take a look at the CPR and the many references to it by the BoD. End of March I expect 1.5p of not more. It’s all upside from here but still some variables.

We have been listening to that since at least the start of SFB..

Apart from the odd pump & dump we have been falling to the present point.

GL & his financing deals have screwed the company finances & reputation.

Cant see any uplift in the SP coming until the hedge is finished so they can put money back in the company coffers to fund the required upgrade works to keep gas flowing.

I think you are right falcon in the calculation methodology but the value of the transaction is entirely dependant on the value of AU & currency exchange at the time of conversion as to whether to purchase is a net a gain or loss..

at time of posting, ignoring any transactions & conversion fees etc, with CEY @141.7, it is almost case equal in value to the value of 0.06893 Au share & the 0.125 cash..

Maybe that is what cooperman was implying with the 9p built in..

They may well be supportive but lets call a spade a spade, their interest is making Trafigura money, not Angus.

We had the same support from Mercuira and while they have done well, Angus have not. we had those on here trying to spin Mercuria were som sort of philantrophist organisation that were & would act in the best interest of Angus, we know how that panned out.

In my opinion , Angus are not in a position to go after acquistions & mergers from a position of strength. The relationship is Trafigura would be using angus as a tool to make more money, rather than angus borrowing from them to make money. Angus arent in a position to dictate terms or go to the market for other options or competition so will be left in a scenario like they are now, keep the lights on and company ticking over while others make the money..

There is a difference between zero debt and managable debt and there is a difference between taking a loan to make up the shortfall in finance and be relaint on getting 100% + finance.
