BV, 7 years ago the SP was approx 13, 6.5 years ago it hit high of approx 36 and has fallen the whole way down to the current level of 0.42, so i would say the it is probably more like standing under waterfall of urine and havig to listen to a clown constantly telling you it is great.

He knew the deatils of the partial unwinding of the hedge too, he didnt mentioned it was forced upon angus though.. Instead he presented as great news and you celebrated the great news and the great deal that RH got, abused & /or critised anyone that dare question it.. it would be economically worse for angus if not for this global refinancing removing it.

You swallow every piece of nonsense & lies that this companies directors have told you over the years and and reguritate on here until its proven lies & nonsense, then on to the next piece of nonsense. Have you learned nothing in all that time? how can you be so consistently wrong and still have the unquestioning belief in everything they tell you?

To be fair to RH, his hands seemed to be tied on that one. He has been handed a mess form GL and there was never an wasy way out it.. the untimely & poor communication he can control, releasing PR positive horse manure rather than telling it the way it is he can control, the mess GL left behind he cant, all he can do is try fix that

We dont know what the new finance terms are so we dont know how much of that expected £10m Angus will actually keep.

Also a significant amount of the £20m will be used to pay off all the existing debts so there will be significnantly less than that in the bank account once detbs are paid and that will be required to finance the neccessary capital works, wont be much left in the account after that unless gas prices go back to the highs of summer 2022 and stay there for a while.

I would be thinking the Forrest payment issue will depend on the terms of the refinance and his general outlook for the company.. he has the inside track and has access to more knowledge & information, both company & industry than anyone..

If he takes the money & runs, i would not take it as a good sign for the future, if he takes more shares in lieu of payment then it could be seen as a sign of confidence.

OP: given the 20th RNS with stated the hedge is being repalced by Trafigura's offtake agreement. not sure why they went into such detail on the hedge that should be no longer relevant in a few weeks.

Mecuria has somehwat insulated themsleves from the lower gas prices with the unwinding of the hedge, to the deteriment of angus. Mercuria seem to be holding all the cards at the minute.

The only card i think angus possibly have is that if the global refinancing is agreed and falls through, that SFB will likely go to the wall as wont be able to pay its debts & fund the neccessary development work.

GL really screwed the company with the terms of that finance package.

It will be interesting to see the terms when they are released

And that was my question at the time the informed us of the unwinding of the hedge, why did Mecuria agree to it if it was going to be a great thing for angus like many here thought? what was in it for Mercuria?
