Looks like the plan is to spud in January...https://dog.dnr.alaska.gov/Document/884F61A2ACB24DE5A23B90F3E2005016/Talitha_A-Plan_of_Ops_App?
Hi Maverick,
That’s the bit I don’t understand, The share price is covered by cash and there is no debt, how come everyone isn’t piling into this share???
I feel I must be missing something.... :(
Hi Everyone,
I’m new to this share and I’m sorry if I seem a bit dim but...
How is this share price so low...
Isn’t RRE now valued below the amount cash it holds?? How is that even possible?
Or am I making some basic error in understanding the fundamentals - wouldn’t be the first time :(
Any help would be Massively appreciated - thanks!
I think the best thing you can do is watch this, and then come back here if anything is unclear:

Pleased for your profit GG!
Personally I think it might have been better if you’d held the shares for just a few months longer... As you know there’s a lot of news in the pipeline.
Then again oil could tank and we could decline with it...
TLW - nearly 50% down
HUR - nearly 25% down
PMO - nearly 75% down
Presentation now available on PANR website:
Just look under Investors ->Investor Presentation (Alaska) September 2019.
Yep down it goes.. Brilliant, just brilliant.
I think I should post more regularly so that you can all do the opposite of my trades and perhaps make some money.
Oh fantastic- I just bought a load of shares today based on the positive RNS and healthy gold price.
Guess I should have waited.
It’s the final furlong and I’m rooting for PostieRemy.
Go Postie, go!
According to my calcs we should go over £2 today.
Enjoy!
£ down and oil up = Genel up
That worked out well...
“Somaliland also is known to be a highly promising country for oil and gas. Two international oil exploration companies, the British company Genel and the UAE based RAK Gas will begin drilling their first exploration wells early next year.”

Yes it can, but for how long?
That was very well done. That's a neat 20k you've made, or thereabouts. The shares's gone into the 80's again, which may be taken as weakness, but it is amazingly strong given the market conditions. Just look at PMO to see what the market can do to a share price.
Absolutely baffled by this rise - could be based on nothing but such strength is rarely based on nothing... Perhaps the merger talks muted earlier this month are becoming firmer in prospect... As always with time we shall see, although I think it will fall into the 80s soon. But as has been shown, what do I know.
Thanks Popeye. This could explain the recent share price rise in the face of falling oil prices: http://www.africanpetroleum.com.au/system/files/press/APCL%20CI-513%20New%20PSC%20-%20FINAL.pdf
I do apologise if my post came across as bitter. I think we look at things differently... You seem to favour trading hence your short term positions where you quickly sell out for a profit, whereas I prefer investing longer term in a good company, hence my wider outlook and more measured approach I do find it laughable though that after 25th December you think the share price will be much higher than 87p. Of course the joke might be on me but let's see who will be right...
