My £3k sell at 6p to pay towards stamp on a rental is really starting to bite.

For me, as a self employed heating engineer, £3 means I can take my foot off the gas at 44/45. It's an opportunity that doesn't come along often for folk like myself. Really excited about the ride and the next few months, I don't have enough invested to be broken if I lose it, but I do have enough to secure my future. One can only dream! Won't be selling a penny until we are up there!

Let's not forget HYP-USA have a LOI for "make more in America" favourable financing. If indeed, as we suspect, Cotec were in the Whitehouse the other day and are supported by the Government in "Trump time" I'd expect some news in the next week or so.
