Nothing has changed. An II has take a 20% profit and will let the rest run... god it’s textbook stuff.
There are a lot of people wanting to trade this and I am extremely wary of people ‘looking out for my well being’... What goes around people!

Completely agree Pana... there’s a reason this was released today... all part of the Comms Strategy he would have presented to the investors a few weeks back!

LB... you’re becoming a real bore... not quite sure how long you’ve been ‘invested’ in COPL. Is it long enough to be financially bitter or are you just jumping on an old band wagon. We get you don’t trust Art. Personally I’m invested in the company including Art. I’ve been involved for a year and I’m cool with how things have gone.

So I’ve just watched the interview; twice in fact.. I have a smug grin like the proverbial Cheshire Cat!!
A couple of points
The acquisition of Atomic deal to me is unprecedented... not only with the spot price which has incidentally risen by 35% over the past few weeks, but the speed at which the loan was granted... $65m dollars agreed in weeks... unheard of... particularly with squeaky bum Covid lurking around!
I genuinely don’t care what anyone says... this is a bl**dy great deal.

Nice point well put NoEasy... Which ever way you look at the Atomic play... It's a great deal and has put COPL on the map. I'm very happy to sit back and watch this one develop...

Tomorrow could very well produce the RNS update we’ve been waiting for... although these TR1’s are often delayed for a day of two... the £44k trade earlier could have been a little internal nod... just saying... anyway good news... the market loves a good TR1. Come on Art. Let’s be avin it fella!!!

I had a feeing when I read the TR1 from earlier that there could be an announcement/ update in the morning... maybe the 320m buy has snuck in just in time!!! Friendly knowledge or an ii who has finished doing their homework!!

... Can’t buy because we are in a closed period... well there’s a thought! I’m not sure conversations have developed that far... but then it’s been deathly quiet now for months... a really positive ‘next stage’ RNS is due with some NDA challenging narrative.

DG... completely disagree with you... I’ve made and will continue to make shed loads here. I’m still buying and enjoying the ride... as always lots more companies to invest in if you and others aren’t happy.

Morning all. Great post Tiburn... completely agree.
So I’ve been looking at this from a North American perspective. There are a number of oilers who unfortunately have fallen foul of Covid... companies who would have been massively excited 24 months ago... so there are two things there. One; the opportunity to acquire stakes in other ‘producers’. Two; there will be rich Americans who may want to privately invest in COPL. They know oil and trust the sales models... that’s all they know and trust... I’m waiting for some articles to be written and published in the US oiling press...
I’ve also been making some notes and thinking at what point we could turn Atomic around... package it and potentially sell it on as a going concern...
Anyway keep the thoughts coming folks...
