How does this FTSE 100 company operate? I am wondering. Today I called the company to renew my home insurance, which is due for renewal soon. I made several unsuccessful calls to reach the renewal staff. Every time I called, the recorded message asked me to give the three digits of my policy number. I pronounced it correctly several times, and it asked me again and again. Then I terminated the call and tried again several times. The same thing happened several times. The new premium was increased by about 34%, which is unbelievable. I am leaving Aviva for my home insurance. Now I have renewed my home insurance for much less than last year's price with another company, and I have saved about £82 by leaving AVIVA. Very poor customer service.
