I added yesterday. The bargain imo.
You need to add risk premium to the investment in Aviva shares. We should get risk free rate +5% from Aviva
Then how come operating cash flows were negative about 3 billion in 2020 and 3021

Thanks. Why are you are so proud of this company when many others hate it
This is not a technical issue
I have checked everything before I changed the company. There is nothing in small print and they read out for me before I bought the insurance with them today. I had a very good customer service with it since I have insurance with them for another property. Did you try to reach Aviva over the phone? Very poor customer service. Check with them the percentage of customers who renewed insurance with Aviva. There is no good future for Aviva imo. I am selling my shares in Aviva. Its a mistake to buy the shares and lost my money since I bought in 380 ps.
How does this FTSE 100 company operate? I am wondering. Today I called the company to renew my home insurance, which is due for renewal soon. I made several unsuccessful calls to reach the renewal staff. Every time I called, the recorded message asked me to give the three digits of my policy number. I pronounced it correctly several times, and it asked me again and again. Then I terminated the call and tried again several times. The same thing happened several times. The new premium was increased by about 34%, which is unbelievable. I am leaving Aviva for my home insurance. Now I have renewed my home insurance for much less than last year's price with another company, and I have saved about £82 by leaving AVIVA. Very poor customer service. I have to spend more than 40 minutes trying to reach them over the phone. Do you think Aviva has a future? How does this FTSE 100 company operate? I am wondering. Does anyone buy an asset without looking at its value?
May be. But, the historic MP chart of Aviva shows that it declined from the beginning of April in most of the years in the recent past!.
Barclays posted pretax profit of GBP7.01 billion for 2022, down 14% from GBP8.19 billion in 2021. It booked credit impairment charges of USD1.22 billion in the year, compared to credit impairment releases of GBP653 million in 2021.
It will not come to £1.90 this year because it is a poorly managed bank IMO. It might go down further back to £130s before May this year before the price starts to reverse up. Its better to sell now and buy later in June IMO.
