I guess the fact that there will be a Sovereign fund is good but what the Criteria for accessing the fund and How much can be got from the fund is the thing and who gets it exactly.....?

well Zinnwalde are down more than EMH and they dont have the Czech Government permmitting them so maybe todays drop is down to some thing else,

I belive its permitting that is more important than DFS and that could be done anytime, and DFS was said to be was it 4th quater 2023, and off takes maybe before then. if permitting is the hold up and thats down to the Government deparment responsible, why would they do that? when its beneficial for the Government to have people in Jobs and CEZ making money from their investment as soon as possible so they get a return, why wouldnt CEZ want this to happen ASAP? if EMH are there or not, fair market value isnt determined from share price, I wont vote for any p@ss pot offer,

the article mentions " The investor" on many occassions so you would assume they know Who that is.

That I take it is VW? or and LG? or some one else entirely???

Question. How do VW know How long it might take for ecological mining to start in the Czech rep? Have they been told by CEZ that this date ( approx) what ever that might be? will see Cinovec producing? and thus they need to get supplies from elsewhere meanwhile?VW arent going to tell anyone where they are getting their Lithium from until contracts are signed im sure .
or is it a simple negotiating ploy in that VW are saying they are not relying on CEZ for the production of Lithium, which no company should put eggs in one basket, the negotiations are still on going.
Other interested parties LG them selves may well be having conversations amongst others of course,

Thats is exactly what I have done also except I have a tiny investment in Zinnwald too, but the rest are in Divi stocks,
I like most here are not enjoying the ride at the moment , but I still think this will win out eventually, EU dont give out grants to Projects without careful DD( I assume!) and the only Mining project so far to given the Grant (potentialy of course when conditions are met .
my take on radio silence is , EMH and CEZ agree on some thing, then VW, EU change some thing like the way the project can be funded through grants and loans , so CEZ say hold on we need to look at this see whats to be gained and it goes on and on,VW might be doing the same thing as it looks like they want Spain to get a bigger chunk of the EU funding so I guess they may well want the Czechs to do the same but then again it may be VW seeing that Cinovec HAS got this chunk of funding and are pushing spain to get it too, I can see why they would a possible 50mil grant to the spanish mining company and less for anyone else to add, I have no idea if thats they way it works but VW benefit indirectly some way..
with no news everything is speculation .

just my thought , but CATL and the Chinese might just think OMG! EU want their own supplies of Lithium and not rely on China or who ever else so that leaves us out of a lucrative market, lets do some thing about it now and fcuk with the Lithium price and drop it so market see Catl as the ecconomic source for their supply of Lithium, and anyone else Banks and insitutional investors who have their own reasons to add to the story of Lithium prices crashing for their own ends.
But then I thought about the noise coming from the EU commission was pushing hard to get the EU to speed up permitting and finance , looks like they need to act faster! before China gets hold of more supply via dropping lithium prices to strategic customers .

usually when a share price increases like this and theres no obvious reason, an RNS is puit out stating the company know of no reason why etc

at least it information about contracts thats rare at the moment, may also help in judgeing where we are too in that regard ie contract at the price of shipment..... , and LG are one of a few that have in the past been mentioned, in connection with VW and Gigafactory, and im sure LG alone have Cinovec on it radar.

I dont know but on first thought, a old mine being brought back into use was a much safer bet , as its convential mining , and what would happen to all those coal mines that are still having to be used.... a concern but for Geothermol In my opinion .at least on the face of it .

the Mrs is seriously thinking about buying a Hybrid Electric Car , any good ideas? and any to dodge? small to medium size car, I have looked into it ,but so far no word of mouth recomendations .
