I dont know but on first thought, a old mine being brought back into use was a much safer bet , as its convential mining , and what would happen to all those coal mines that are still having to be used.... a concern but for Geothermol In my opinion .at least on the face of it .
Toyota Yaris seems to have good write ups, anyone got a view on those?
is that a good one or one to dodge?
the Mrs is seriously thinking about buying a Hybrid Electric Car , any good ideas? and any to dodge? small to medium size car, I have looked into it ,but so far no word of mouth recomendations .

didnt Sibanye stillwater pay $470 m for 30.29% in Keliber .
15,000 tons per year of Lithium,
our PFS says we are doing 30,000 tons , what could DFS say?
Keith looking pleased he could get thst very good news out, hopefully not too long before we here more.....
anyone got an idea How long permits might take?
EU supposedly want that sped up, so.......??
im sure they are aware but slowness to act before any Critical materials act, and financial aid is forth coming makes them seem unaware after all Zinnwalde is in Germany and thats part of the same geological area of the Lithium/ tin deposit. lets hope get movement very soon .
splendid!
Intrinsic value is a measure of what an asset is worth. This measure is arrived at by means of an objective calculation or complex financial model. Intrinsic value is different from the current market price of an asset. However, comparing it to that current price can give investors an idea of whether the asset is undervalued or overvalued.
How much to buy us out? How would CEZ pay for that? or Czech government? by income from owning more shares in CEZ pays for the buy out and ongoing profits being 100% Cez? I know im thinking out loud here and maybe dissaperaing up my own wazoo, but.......
Wind fall Tax,? I wonder if some way or other they will once they get the % of CEZ they wan,t they will then seperate some of the companies under the CEZ banner, The government will want to get as much out of CEZ being it largest share holder and all those dividends ,
But also making a biggger profit than usual and the need to give back that profit to the country via help with energy bills , from a wind fall tax takes away from the governments profits but what are those profits for anyway? business growth,? Does splitting up CEZ help with Tax ?and would a NEW venture such as Cinovec get better assistance from the EU if it had better Taxation rules ie no windfall tax as its as yet to make a profit etc ,
Does it matter for tax puposes it the company is whole or split? do you get better assiatance from the EU if there is a totally green arm of CEZ different rules for Green energy etc , yes I havent a clue where this is going either, but Czech government, must know why they are ..... and Czech government own 70% CEZ why do they want more? make more profit once into production? make snes if it is only that, as long as Geomet is valued correctly , just a thought as I write,
maybe its the Czech governments only way to get more profit out of Geomet cinovec by owning more shares, and CANT sideline EMH hmmmm?
and now as we see that the EU has relied on Russia for much of its oil and Gas, The coal, people dont seem to be bothered when it comes to doing some thing about that reliance, ie the mining and processing of Lithium and any other Critical RAW materials needed for energy storage , I fully understand the need for studies and regulations being needed to be met for health and safety of all those involved in Mining etc and those that would live in proximity to a mine, also the need for impact on the local area as a whole , but surely it has the weigfhed up with what is going on now be it in Russia or else where, where the Gas and oil and coal are being taken from? that impact surely has a greater impact? and one that carries on having an impact ( climate change etc)
No One want to ruin the planet do they? No one wants to be beholding to Russia either, so I dont see why we arent moving forward sooner and this isnt just for Cinovec but all EU potential mines and ways of EU self sufficiency when it comes to Energy needs. The US didnt hang about but then they are one country and the EU 27 not so easy to have a one size fits all approach so it takes longer to decide on anything , I wonder How long it would of taken had it just been down to Czech republic and Germany?( Zinnwald) Could it be down to those two? in Cinovec case, but other countries have mines too and their own bureaucracy, let us hope those upcoming meetings lead to some thing very soon, this will be a year of change IMO
Do we also add the price that it cost to the planet when so called natural disasters happen possibly the result of relience on fossil fuels? ( climate change?)
Green not perfect but im sure its better.
America has it s IRA package , the EU are still having conferences about theirs so I wonder if we will have to wait a little bit longer( not too much tho) before we hear about that side of anything for Cinovec, VW tho seemingly getting out of hybernation! ( mind you its still fecking cold out) I think itas a case of when and not if with Cinovec , but by god is it so drawn out painfull!!! when the finances are in place the news should start IMO.
approx £ 4.4 bn money is slowly being loosened ,
lets hope the grasp on any coming our way is loosening now.
Eden project two could be getting gov assistance so its all ok in the world
sounds very much like the stalling is paying off for EMH with all help we could be getting to permit, fund and acceelerate all the permissions etc
