The price of Lithium that will be used, IMO will be Higher than the current 17,000 per ton, and that was conservative at the time ,things have changed while we have waited patiently ( most of us lol) 30-50 k ? I am only guessing but there are to be bottle necks later on so you can factor in price hikes to account for the higher end over time and the lower end as we run up to those bottle neck and after once settled after all is this NPV DFS over 20 year life of mine? I as you all do cant wait to hear this news im sure none of us will be spot on

I wonder why the Czech PM and the EBRD , whose Due Dilligence has taken many months, have decided this is worth investing into? Where is this doubt coming from? local residents and those concerned with protecting the envoirenment? yes of course they want to know it will pass thier own concerns where does this NOT happen? I dont thinkthey will have any concerns after their questions have been answered and we get those Permits, but before that we have the DFS which shows How profitable the project can be , and we are close to that announcment along with the off taking /finance , I do think that there is a concerted effort to push the SP down, WHY? some body with deep deep pockets wants a bigger chunk, accumulating at these low low levels , IF we were at a pound here they would have to pay three times as much, if you could do that and add more shares to your account wouldnt you do it? I dont like it of course but wouldnt you do it? why would you pay a pound for them when you can get them for a third ( approx)? three times as many shares is the reason, immagine your own account with two third more shares than you have now? feck me and no I dont like the missed timetables and lack of information lately but I do think a lot has to do with the EU and Governments being so slow to move , CRMA being one , Permiting another .... I do think we will get a low low ball offer from a chancer trying their luck in order to put in the minds of us retail share holders "oh god is this all we are worth now quick sell and get out!" scare tactics just hold and wait , we are good at this its what we do!! lol If we get a offer that IS woth considering the DFS will help find that, what is the worth of the Cinovec project? Well worth listening too a few times. the EU have bought into this via their involvement with ERDB after long intensive Due Dilligence,it is also supported at the highest Czech government level their PM is pushing this ,

a collaboration coming together to get this project going , Finance, off takes , DFS , permits .......

I am sure costs will have increased very significantly on this project from the PFS as will every project world wide due to wars, politics,. I think we have to resign ourselves to that as will all the other projects, we will remain ,in my opinion, one of the lowest cost to produce Lithium and remain highly competetive AND Highly profitable too. EU faddle about too much ,timelines get warped.

The Czech PM might want to slow down his enthusisam for a while he is pushing this as is the EU I cant see it being delayed .

Full production 2028. 2030 might be for scaling up.

My opinion as to why no the lack of interest in EMH and thus its share price going up is a combination of a few things over a long time period.

After the first enthusiastic reaction to Cinovec and its possibilities we had BABIS and his interference, coupled with the lack of understanding in How a low grade deposit can be profitable ,slow slow slow negotiations with possible off takers dragging heels and goal post being moved by not only them but governments who have changed and are now behind us but so much blockage was put infront of EMH and CEZ at those times when it looked liked before Babis we were onto to good thing , and now we are back to that stage again optimism, but I think due to our history with the previous Czech govrnemnt and changes with DFS contractors and changes within that flow sheet, JUST maybe investors want to know 100% whats going on before they commit , all that ESG box ticking always was importanr but has become the number one imoprtant item to have done and satisfy everyone and that is taking a long long time too, who would commit to investing in a Company that was not ticking those boxes? and EMH /CEZ will tick those boxes or the Czech PM will look silly and im sure he would rather look with pride on bring this project forward. those big investors are there just waiting , all in my own opinion of course .
