I do wonder what goes through the head of European companies when they get so much help from their own Governments and the EU as a whole that they dont go for the European ansewer purely to keep the whole mining to car production in the EU and block the Chinese, that was the point of this CRMA wasnt it? or are VW waiting on that still? before they can find out How much asiistance ( money) they will get from whom where and when then apply a strategey??? same with others of course but they are European but dam sight more ooomph! when it comes to decisions
