Looks like Spreadex have increased their holding by another 63,785,714 shares.

The next official statment will be when they announce their interim results for the six months ending 31 January 2020. Early part of April. We will then get some numbers on H&W for one thing.
Other than news on a contract, EU or the ML, that is.
Oh, the exclusivity agreement on the FSRU stands until 20 March.
And, public consultation extension, if that's a thing, till 23rd March.
Lot's to look forward to, or worry about. :)

89,285,714 is the exact same amount from the last Riverfart conversion on the 28th.
Is this just the corresponding trade to match that one?

According to the last RNS regarding Riverfort, " The remaining principal balance of the Loan(£555,555) is a debt facility due for repayment on 14 February 2020 and is not convertible into ordinary shares."
And, "An existing shareholder of the Company has agreed to acquire these New Ordinary Shares from the Investors."

They've gone from 8.44% originaly, down through 8.15%, 8.02% and now 7.82% with every increase in the share issues. We may get others that are in a similar position reporting. Might even find out who took Riverforts.

And still nothing on those missing 606,421,693 from the placing. Can only assume they were divided between others, but below the 3% declaration point. Even though on the day it was said that the placing had gone to six seperate ii's.

The trade this am was for 89,285,714 but the RNS states the loan was converted to 98,193,244. Leaving 8,907,530..... ?

This new issue puts at least one TR1 closed to going under the 3% declaration point.

I would like to think "people are way underestimating the potential" here, but we are still going to need working capital to keep the lights on in the mean time. Hopefully the on-going ship contracts can keep H&W afloat. lol
For several years we have always had a placing around this time of year, just before the AGM.
JW, please make this year an exception. Think we are just about done with dilution.
As I said a few weeks back, circa .53p is an equivalent price to that 2p spike, given the dilution since. That's a 90% increase from here. To get to 2p would need over 600%. Good odds if your only just now buying in.
I've now got my average down to .66p from close on 14p. Eggs... basket, **** or bust. Whatever. Going to see this through.
