I agree that most of the answers are weak but so too were most of the questions since they demanded information that SA cannot provide due to the Croda NDA. PIs can spend their time how they like but it's unfortunate that SA had to waste any of his time on such questions.

However, the answers did give recent reassurances that the company remains on track to deliver as forecast in 2025 – with the added bonus of some Croda revenues which were excluded from forecasts.

I hope we get some Croda detail prior to 29 July since the markets will be very quiet at that time due to holidays.

Toyin, the launch is obviously ongoing as Croda attend trade shows in different parts of the world to unveil their new products to potential customers who could not get to Amsterdam. Seems obvious to me.

Some PIs seem to think that the Zenakine launch was done in Amsterdam but the launch is continuing around the world. The launch phase clearly extends for several months, during which time Croda don't want sensitive commercial information leaking out.

Toyin, us plebs can also mention Zenakine as often as we like. The NDA doesn't prohibit that.

Our leader has nothing to do with the disaffected OPTI shareholders who sold some/all this past week and bought SBTX instead, suddenly this afternoon seeing a possibility of a recovery in OPTI and doing the reverse switch.

What is the average sell price of Opti's SBTX shares? He was selling at 12p last year.

There is no escaping the fact that the world's leading experts and suppliers of cosmetic ingredients spent years evaluating our patent-protected lysate before committing to it and have now launched it as one of their flagship/breakthrough ingredients for 2025. That is the biggest vote of confidence that we could ever have hoped for and should give us great reassurance.

We must wait to find out how many of Croda's manufacturing customers buy into it – and how many of their retail customers take it off the shelves – but Croda have had a long time to get the pre-orders in and they know what they are doing.

However much revenue has been received by SBTX to date – and my guess is that will be under £500k – it should be dwarfed by new orders and repeat orders going forward.

Much as I like SA and SBTX, I am not qualified to evaluate the potential monetary value of their research, discovery and patents; and I'm not going to believe unsubstantiated claims by SBTX…but I do accept that Croda know the value of our lysate and are almost uniquely well placed to monetise it, for their benefit and ours. So I couldn't be more chilled about our prospects – and it doesn't matter much how long it takes to build up a head of steam. Zenakine has been groomed for success, this year/next year/soon by the world's leading experts and that's good enough for me.

The fact that we are expecting news in the next few weeks is a bonus because I'm happy in a blackout.

I wish there were some women posting here. Most men know bog all about cosmetics and have not been conditioned from birth to sanctify their skin. I am happy to rely on Croda's judgement because mine is uninformed.

My biochemist father used to take me with him on Saturday mornings to see the rat experiments in his laboratory and was then surprised and disappointed that I turned academically to the arts instead. Even so, I find the COSMOS standards rulebook interesting but wish he were still alive to answer my questions.

My interpretation of the guidelines is that Zenakine, which benefits from COSMOS Natural accreditation but not COSMOS Organic, can still be used as an ingredient in formulations which qualify to be labelled as organic.

That's because an organic formulation still qualifies if 5% of its ingredients are inorganic. And that would be possible if Zenakine were included because it is recommended as a 3% constituent of the final product. But over to the scientists to confirm or deny.

They may not have stopped selling the family silver. I fear they are burning a lot of cash and hiding the truth. Tom Winnifrith has gone ballistic, calling SoH a liar and advising followers to sell - but keeping his own shares so that he can try to vote off the entire BoD at the next AGM.

Farris, there is certainly such a plan – as we are reminded at the bottom of every RNS: "The Group is also acting as a consolidator and is making acquisitions in complementary areas such as skin care and cosmetic applications, that also bring new distribution and geographical platforms, and manufacturing capabilities through which it can funnel its in-house pillar products."

We await further news as to what will be funnelled and when; but Croda have rights only to the cosmetics lysate so any other application is fair game.

Toyin, the RNS wouldn't need to mention Croda so no risk to the NDA. And, to be fair, AIM is very reluctant to enforce *any* rules for fear that it will lose any more of its dwindling number of listed companies. Even so, it would be unwise to risk it as any proven guilt will dog SBTX and its directors forever.

Trouble is, it's a bit more than a slap on the wrist for knowingly breaking the rules. One AIM firm was fined £450k back in 2019 and the fines have increased. And it's not just SBTX and its directors who get hit – the Nomad faces more pain than it's worth. The RNS wouldn't have to be specific anyway so no need to mention Croda – although people would assume Croda of course.

Toyin, I need more than guesswork. The chairman, CFO and Nomad are there to make sure that SA toes the stock market line. In any event, SBTX will have had little chance to bank any royalty payments yet.

Toyin, I would like to see the reference for that belief. I've got references for an update being compulsory if revenues look like being >10% more than guidance, unless a special exclusion has been applied for (which measure should have been notified to the market).
