Slater has over 10% at 16p so I can't see him going along with that. Same with other funds and small shareholders. Leon said they would have to pay an awful lot for it.

None of that matters to the current sp. People don't seem to realise that copper wqas never priced in when the sp was at its highest point so it has no relevence now except that obviously the more produced the better for future earnings.

Let's hope if they issue anymore it's at a high enough priceto make people get off their backsides and make them work to improve the sp.

Over on the other board several of us have thought for some time (months) that a large holding was being sold off. Possibly the stock that was swapped for the debt. That has seriously held the sp back and continues to do so. There does seem to be some discipline about it though as between around 11-12p is as low as they seem to be prepared go and if they can sell higher due to a news spike they continue to do so with greater volume. It's a bloody pain but must stop at some point.

If they don't read it why not send them an email to that effect? Send it to the Chairman and the CFO.

The recovery costs will come down as he said due to the scale of the operation. I don't know why you think it will compare with costs from much richer ore though. We are anly taking around 2-3% in the tailings at best and the processes others are using couldn't even get any more out. The extraction costs (usually mining) are of course negligable so that is where the profit per ton is made. I'm sure you know this but from what you have said it seems you are expecting too much.

If you have been in the company for a number of years your asset value will probably have increased around 5X so what are you moaning about?

Perhaps you should take into account NET asset value.
