Can't see why instis would sell Seis especially if they are the ones who just paid 5.5p plus charges. maybe some of the ones with small holdings but more like traders who can see quick profits in the ups and downs here. Sell in the morning, buy back in the afternoon for profit.

Article in FT today saying Lithium price isso low that many miners are making losses and that it can't go on. Price has to rise from unreasonable low.

If other institutions suspect that it's easy enough for them to counter it by buying up the very small amount of stock that is being sold here daily. They need to defend the prices at which they bought in.

They would lose even more face if they took any action at all. In any case they need SA especially when ships cant travel easily through the canal.

I think 10p will be fairly short term.

So, the question is, if jubilee are only getting 30 to 42% of the profit how much is that in cash terms (still a great deal for putting very little capital in)?

Edzi, even before this current deal came along jlp was undervalued with respect to possible earnings from the copper they already held. Whatever happens they will have built two new concetrators and have a much faster throughput of tailings. The UAE deal has masked all of this and not helped with the sp at the moment.

I think that anyone contemplating selling now withe the idea of getting back in cheaper will be playing a very risky game. If it's not the absolute bottom now ( I think it is) it can't be much lower. There are obviously many who sold out earlier sitting on the sidelines and some of that cash is already coming back.

Unfortunately we are still tied to an outdated sense of what the company produces. PLG metals will become an irrelevence in the near future.

Rubbish as usual. The "dilution" was for expansion not to cover current activity and their are many many years worth of tailings to work through at an increasing rate in copper. Why don't you find out yourself instead of asking questions that we know you don't want an answer to.

I am sure the instis wouldn't "have" taken the offer if the deal hadn't been sewn up. They are not complete idiots. By the way "have" is a useful word to "have " in your vocabulary!

Interesting that they felt the need to put the $12000 price in as they must think there is a very good chance of it exceeding that.

SeisNav That doesn't answer my comment re tolling versus the processing of their own material. If they reduce the tolling (can they?) and increase the latter that should increase profits for the same amount of throughput. I thought that was what Leon was saying they are already doing.
