I can't see what can be secret about Roan bein up and running!

The lack of replies to emails is something the board should be held to account for at the next AGM. I have never had a reply to any of mine.

I questioned the supposition that it doesn't add up. We have no details on the problems with the electrical parts other than they are late. There could be any number of reasons besides the delivery service being rubbish. If it's a manufacturing problem it will I'm sure be sorted out.

I don't think the last two years are all that relevant jaxon. It's (hopfully) a different company now.

Did you say there was support at 7.30 Kalan or was it 7?

This is from the 18th april RNS. Re. Roan

The assembly of the new front-end modular unit at Roan is scheduled to commence commissioning and ramp-up during May 2024. This will expand the overall capacity of Roan to produce up to 13 000 tonnes of Contained Copper per annum.

The completion of the upgrade has been frustrated by the delay in the delivery of the final electrical components due to logistical challenges and based on current delivery schedules, has delayed the completion of the project by six weeks expected to the end of May 2024. This delay impacts the forecasted copper tonnes for the FY2024 period as the full impact of the upgrade will only be seen during the month of June 2024.

Not the use of "based on CURRENT delivery schedules". Plenty of possibilities for slippage there and also "during the month of June" indicates that the impact could be felt anytime within the present month. I can't see them issuing any more news until that is fulfilled.

They don't want it to move the sp.

Re Copper 360, awful results don't seem to have damaged sp very much. If that was jlp we would have dropped like a stone.

I do of course know that but as far as I can see the modular system only enables the process to be duplicated. They would not be ordering several units if at least the process for one had not been proven.

They have already been producing copper so as far as I can see it's only a matter of scale. The process is already proven. correct me if I'm wrong.

Question is, would the people who matter go along with that? Doubtful unless he does something completely barmy.

A lot more to life in JLP apart from Roan even if they are 9doubtfully) having problems. The present sp virtually discounts copper. Still, it would be nice to be kept informed of progress that has been previously forecast. Next webinar or AGM this should be brought up again by the mushroom society.

I have just sent the following message to jlp.

I know that communications have improved a little but would you please be aware that if statements are made regarding an event that should be happening in a particular time scale, at the end of that period it is absolutely necessary to comment on its progress. Anything else is construed as a problem and as a not insignificant shareholder leads to an inevitable drop in value and concern that all is not well.

As Dorfan says, everyone should do the same.
