Figures were not a surprise so all those buying in over the last month should have known that they would not be looking at profits for July to December. We are now somewhat below asset value and that does not even include non tangibles. The sp is a farce. However it's an opportunity for someone.

If they continue with the high grade ore we should have decent figures even for 3 months Nelson. What really annoys me is the over reaction in the sp to days like this. In one day we have lost the gains of a month of continuous buying, It's riduculous but I suppose that is the market. It's certainly not efficient.

I'm not sure he would be allowed another raise Nelson. Slater would mot likely vote against it as he only allowed it very begrudgingly last time.

I'm not interested in excuses. We all have a pretty good idea as to why the December figures are as the are. Now lets see if what he is promising on the podcast materialises. He did sound a bit less confident that usual but lets hope that is a sign of reality setting in. Certainly if it all (or most of it) works we will be making a lot of profit. It will be inteesting to see the figures for copper in a few weeks. That will be the guide.
