LoL - I'm sure someone out there will already have a very good idea of how good it is/isn't looking so what the SP does this am will I am sure reveal more.
What does level 2 say?
The one in the top right looks like a rocket taking off at cape canaveral
With HUR it's impossible to know, it's gone down on good news, up on no news and everything in between.
Personally not getting my hopes up, but I did post here the other day about a very vivid dream I had last week where the news was good, it shot to 56p before heading (might have been over a few days) to 71.6p.
I said I hope it's a premonition and not a fantasy lol.
Wonder if any oil flow was instantly seen at the other locations?
Wouldn't that suggest one large interconnected super duper field??
AP have bought a biggish stake in a copper mine at a very good price, and also IC gave a new report recommending to buy.
I still think 271 is far too low a target, should be over 300.
I don't normally remember my dreams but the one last night was so vivid - we had good news and SP jumped to 56p, before moving up eventually to 71.6p.
Hope it's a premonition rather than a fantasy.
They are working to buy into new assets, and they are also opting for futures contracts thatguarantee the income at fixed levels, using the drop in commodities prices to obtain even better deals (like the iron ore deal - buying more at better prices when it's already yielding 16% at the old deal price).
So looking for new assets and also structuring different types of deals to diversify income.
Kestrel still has 5 to 6 years left for APF, and that's at the 40% increased production levels.
You always know when a share is starting to heat up and appear on peoples radars when the idots/rampers.derampers/self-proclaimed "in the know" "experts" arrive and clutter the board with utter sh/te.
Looks like we might be at that point with HUR.
Don't worry - interims are out next Thursday, and I feel that AP are trying to raise their profile and correct the crappy rating they're on, so things should start to look a lot better share price wise very soon.
AP are under-rated against their peers already (before the current SP drop), this from AP themselves.
Even at the current PE ratio of 12 I think we're in for a BIG re-rating over the next 6 to 8 months because:
Last time EPS were c.16p.
First half update showed (thanks to massive increase in mining at Kestrel) income was up 60% on last 1st half.
If that continues we'll hit EPS of about 25.6p full year.
At a PE of 12 that gives 307.2.
If we were to be rated on the same basis as similar companies at say 14 (which might still be low, I think some of them are ovr 18), then it's over 350.
I also expect divis will be increased to c. 12p p/a.
Let's hope it's good news then.
Is what this share price is.
Ignoring everything apart from the EPS and the oil were selling - if we are doing say $200 million of oil per year, what multiple of that should our market capitalisation be when compared to other oil companies?
Right now we're valued at c.$930 million, which would be about 4.5 times annual oil sales.
Surely should be way higher than that? Or at least slightly higher?
Indeed Ad - the RNS says it's an accelerated bookbuild & "outside of trading venue". Suggests it's either 1 new holder or probably a small hndful of entities who will now be relatively big holders.
I think they've played a blinder.
Having bought at 15p they've only had to sell c. 1 quarter of their holding to get almost all of their money back and practically totally de-risk their entire remaing and huge holding.
At 46.5p they've more than tripled their money on the 110 million shares.
Free money on the rest of their holding - can't ever sniff at free money.
Blimey another where I'm the only one on board.
I've run out of razor blades - The Driver is back.
So they hold c.£54 million of shares - that's a heck of a lump of money.
They're more confident than most of the PI's.
Oh we have.
And we'll ignore you as much as WE like - so better get used to your drivel falling on deaf ears driver.
I'm being censored too now so:
An arse is one thing, a hrowe is another - as long as he's not an arse erohw then I suppose we'll be okay.
However I'm not sure if he's just one or a combination of the two.
In either case he's still a pain in the bloody arse.
