Agreed Tuan. What Trevor Brown and the others involved with RMS / BRH have done is the most despicable act of insider dealing I have personally come across in over 40 years of share trading! Fortunately for me I smelled a possible rat virtually all the way through so have been careful with my trading - but that doesn't mean I don't feel for those who have lost money big time.

Knowing the bosses of several AIM-listed companies very well I confidently state one thing: they are all actors and all in it principally for themselves. I have worked for these characters and they play the game so well. They love to play the game, use a 'fall guy' and find an opportunity for a convincing story. Then there are the real success stories - e.g. Cove Energy or Kiwara - but these are few and occasionally the same characters crop up in these companies!

KZG would be worth a look. They are slowly and quietly ticking up thanks in the main to their tantalum in pegmatite deposit.

True - TB would like that! However I think he will have to wait a while to make such a decision as there are plenty on the RMS board keeping an eagle eye on him. A re-rate would be worth more to us - currently BRH are underpriced by perhaps 20% or more.

Most AIM-listed companies either go bust in time or, if they are properly managed, just trudge along with occasional cash calls on investors to bolster their coffers. Trevor Brown's record with other AIM companies is no different. However, he's a shrewd fox as his RMS dealings have shown and I suspect is hoping that RMS are actually successful (Pharm2farm) in marketing their disposable copper-coated face masks. BRV have already committed cash to this from their first share sale ... or so they said. I suspect he will just sit on this cash - finding 'good' investments is not that easy - even for the 'experts'!

Best thing since sliced bread! The family that invented the white sliced loaf are our oldest, closest friends. Commissioned to develop a cheap, long shelf-life sliced loaf by the government during WW2. Sold it under the name 'Wonderloaf'. Made millions but couldn't control the market so all the bakeries followed suit. Same family persuaded M&S to go into food by becoming their original suppliers of baked products. The scale of success of this mask - like bread - will depend on how they roll the product out (pun intended)!

Braveheart punters are posting now on their bulletin board that the company is now due a re-rate as they have more cash (and remaining RMS shares) than their market capitalization. At whose expense? I feared something like this was going on as Braveheart selling to RMS was a somewhat puzzling move!

What also cheeses me off is the way someone in the system yesterday was locking people out from buying when the price dropped. This happened just after 12 when there was a sudden, massive dip from 5.5 to 3.9 (the Braveheart sale?) - but my two buy orders I'd put in to exploit the dip were locked until 12.30. This I have never experienced before - not for that long!

I've worked directly for three different AIM-listed companies in the past and quite frankly AIM company directors all share a common trait! However, none of them ever pulled such a massive 'fast one' as this.

Just copied and pasted it from the Braveheart board RNS. Surely they should have disclosed such dealings yesterday? Looks as though they did it in cahoots with Ryan - too much of a coincidence. Then the MM's had all the small 'investors' back-pedalling all yesterday (and most of today). That's what RNS announcements are for!!

Braveheart have announced they have offloaded most of their shares. They make out that it was over two days but the simple fact is they did most of this yesterday to get that price average. On the same day that the price spiked and and Paul Ryan offloaded most of his!

Braveheart announces that on 16 and 17 November 2020, it sold a total of 287,400,000 ordinary shares in Remote Monitored System plc ("RMS") at a weighted average price of approximately 3.923 pence per share, realising gross proceeds of £11,274,998. The Board will consider a variety of options for the use of the net proceeds and will inform shareholders in due course and as appropriate.

Following these sales, Braveheart holds 112,592,405 RMS shares, representing approximately 7.11% per cent. of the voting rights of RMS.

I’ve deliberately kept my personal feelings to myself today. But would like to confirm I’m not on the bod of RMS and I’ve not sold or intend to sell a single share anytime soon.

They have a patented Cu coating technique. I don't think the manufacture is yet outsourced - but I guess it will have to be.

I agree Jonmo. They needed someone with a marketing flair to seal some of the cracks in their strategy. Pharm2farm just doesn't sound right - even if you speak English. Needs to be a catchy name!
