I agree Blue, very suspicious trading pattern today in light of a good news RNS. Doesn't make sense to us but will make perfect sense to someone familiar with what's going on behind the scenes I suspect. Hold onto your hats next week, I think something is about to break big time here on either the sfo front or takeover approach.

You only have to look at the extraordinary day chart for PFC today to realize that someone important wants this right back down for their own agenda. OK, fine, but you can't hold it here forever. They have to let it go soon.

Simply farcical. We've just bagged another 265M dollar contract and the share price goes red. What a joke, total manipulation going on here. I am amazed that they get away with it so easily. This should be in the 530's today, not p**sing around at 506p.

Seems to be the new support level here. I have resistance at 538p too. I think 538p will get smashed next week. Despite the brief blip following that CRAZY rns at begginning of Feb, this share is now well and truly "in play" and in full on recovery mode. There's lots and lots to like here. Strong recovery play with great divi bonus.

This SHOULD re-rate over �6 in run up to divi date. There's a lot of positivity around PFC now. We could still see a takeover approach here while the price remains depressed.

Guys, does anyone know whether Hargreaves Lansdown or other brokers supply information to HMRC in relation to CGT?? Or, to put it another way, how does HMRC know if you have gone over your CGT allowance and therefore liable for CGT. 1750mk1 you seem to know a bit about this sort of thing. Any insight greatly appreciated.

What has happened to these two? They were a good presence on this board but not heard from either of them for a couple of weeks now. Anyone know?

1. CEO Asfari (through his holding Co.) buys �10 million worth of PFC shares 2. CEO has resumed full duties (surely he must have been given the nod for this by the sfo??) 3. Debt falling 4. Contracts still rolling in as seen in last few weeks. 5. Good solid EOY results recently 6. North sea asset sale iminent which will bring in �400-600M 7. Any SFO fine already priced in (in fact MAX fine priced in) 8. Oil price remains strong and 2018 outlook good for Oil price. 9. Excellent divident yield of circa 6% with upcoming 18p dividend. 10. Upgraded by Moody's credit ratings agency from negative to stable. 11. Credit suisse has sunk another �14 Million into PFC in recent days indicating increased confidence. 12. Large shorts reducing such as AQR There's a dozen reasons to rate PFC as a strong buy. I'm sure others will find even more reasons that I've forgotten to include here. Still a great time to buy-in to be part of the PFC recovery story. Load up while you still can at a cheap price.

This will only rise (trend wise, there will be small dips along the way of course) up to divi date now. Peeps and institutions will be buying in over the coming weeks to get in before the pre-divi rise. I also suspect we will see an announcement a day or 2 after the divi date (26th April) that the sale of north sea assets has been completed. This would of course ameliorate the usual post divi date decline. Lots to like here. Strong buy with any downside (sfo etc etc) already priced in.

Shaun, I totally agree. Any morning now we could easily wake up to a share suspension pending buyout offer accepted by the ZIOC board. It really could come at any time now. Anyone who is aware of this share who doesn't currently hold is playing with fire being out. This is gonna be gloRIOus!

You really have to ask "why now?". He could have bought these shares much cheaper only a few weeks ago when they were 403p and saved a couple of million quid. But, he's bought now and after announcing that he is properly back at the PFC helm with full executive duties. I smell something. Either transformational imminent SFO news or he's been tipped the wink about a huge multi-billion contract. Or, he is bracing for a takeover bid and increasing his defences against it. Either way, it's hold onto your hats time folks. We're going UP UP UP.

This, my friends, is very significant IMO for a number of different reasons.

This is being held back. Pure and simple. Should be mid 520's now.

Any day now an RNS could drop with major news of a massive buy-out by one of the big boys. Iv'e got 100,000 shares here and sat on them till that very day. This WILL come good (very, very good) as long as you have huge patience and can sit it out till then. Who gives a sh*t if it's 11p, 12p, 14p, 18p because when this blows it will be life changing for holders. I predict somewhere between �1 and �2 per share offer this year.
