Quite. Antibody test may turn out to be fools gold. I wouldn't go all-in here, just a small punt as it could bomb big time.

That's probably their play. Why wouldn't you try to get the pre-agreed price down by taking advantage of the Covid/oil crisis. I would.

Expect another rns in a couple of weeks saying contract back on in light of "re-engineering" cost savings. BOOM!

I fully expect PFC to consolidate around 160p mark now after that contract loss before strengthening back above £2 before too long.

Sold out with £300 profit after buying early this morning. The effect on my blood pressure was just too much lol. It'll rise from here because they always do once I've sold so you lot are safe on that score.

From my understanding (limited) it means that it has no ongoing daily operations and is like a frozen company with a set cash value due to money in the bank. The AIM rules also stipulate that the company/cash shell has to mount a reverse takeover within 6 months of becoming a cash shell (basically it has to be taken over by another company). The thing about AAOG is that it's tax losses can be very valuable in offsetting profits made elsewhere by the company that is reverse taken over (in our case Forum)

Unless I've missed anything. Happy to be corrected if I've got any of that wrong.

As an aside, your £34k loss on PFC has resonance for me. It was the exact amount I was down about 2.5 years ago now. I'd foolishly bought high just before the price plummeted after that stupid unnecessary SFO rns. After aggresively averaging down in multiple stages I was £34k down at the worst point. I held 50k shares at an average of £4 so was in for £200 grand. It cost me a lot of sleepless nights!!! Every time a gleaming BMW or Merc drove past me I'd look at it and think to myself "I've just lost one of those". However, being a patient guy,I held my nerve and it slowly came back strong and I ended up getting out with an £8500 profit! Not a huge amount but considering the circumstances, not a bad outcome.
