Chris Heminway, Exec-Chair at Time To ACT, explains why now is the right time for the Group to IPO. Watch the video here.
Stas, there are many views on this but ultimately as you say no matter how you look at it the small fees are still good value.
I urge all to sign up to stand a chance of recovery of something back.
What I am looking forward to is the auction of Arts personal belongings....
I would bid $500 to acquire his "last" shirt.....
Good weekend to all ;-))
Stas, and Bullorbears
Nobody (least of all me) is complaining about paying a fee. Nor is anybody suggesting CAG member should pay more than others. They have done a great job compiling evidence and bringing it to this stage!!!
I have been strongly promoting uptake on here and other forums (TG), and fully support this action, and for what it is worth will be signing up and paying my fee.
It is the banding that irks me slightly.
The lower band fees roughly equate to about 1% of your investment, but after £35k this reduces.
So for instance, somebody who has invested £300,000 has a fee of 0.18%
For peeps who have invested say £2,000,000 then their fee percentage is 0.03%
This is the point that myself and Wwal have highlighted.
It appears that those with higher investment pots pay less.
Is that fair and reasonable?
You have a final chance to join this evening at 17:30...
FWIW. A lot of the HNW peeps are members of the core CAG team, so I would NOT be surprised if most, if not all of them, will be participating in the group action.
BUT what irks me slightly is those who have invested £25k pay the same as those who have invested £250k, and some of these HNW have invested a lot higher amounts yet pay the same £550....

"The last $2.5m loan after the default notice was received"
I know the shares were given to Anavio....
BUT
It there any proof they gave us the cash.....?
Is this the reason the injections stopped?
I wonder what the output per month would of been now, had the injection rates been upped to 5mcf per day?
They stopped injecting months ago, yet the field is still delivering 1000bpd.
Great and highly motivational post Stas!!
I will also be fully supporting the CAG on its quest for justice for each and every one of us.
The small fee to pay is just that.... a small fee.
Looking forward to the call.
Nobody saw Gaffney...
It was last seen at breakfast dressed in a chichen outfit.
Rumour has it, that he could not bring himself to order a taxi to the start line, and indeed shat himself....

Who are, "OSLER, HOSKIN & HARCOURT LLP" representing?
The doc is addressed to them as the court is expecting some kind of appeal from them. ? ?
Agree that previous and current BOD should not be immune from further action!!
Nice. Well done Yankee....
"Furthermore, the FCA’s Market Oversight Directorate (MO) is responsible, amongst other things, for monitoring compliance with the Short Selling Regulation (SSR) and the UK Market Abuse Regulation (UK MAR).
MO have been made aware of your complaint.”
The noose tightens a bit further.. ;-)
Angus, take some confidence from the fact that the firm of solicitors are offering a now win no fee deal.
This would indicate that the legal team firmly believe we have a strong chance of recovery, or why would they dedicate hundreds of man hours for no pay....
Given the amount of evidence of wrongdoing sloshing around, especially that short tracker detailing Anavios position at key stages of COPL development is very telling.

Keep calm and carry on with your daily life. CAG and Mr Cotter will be in touch.
