It's catch 22. The company needs to look good so that CGP shareholders will accept a share offer. Starting drilling might raise the sp and good results will mean the CGP holders want more for their shares.
Raising money to continue exploration will be easier at a lower sp but mean more dilution where as it is obviously better for Solg shareholders if the raise is done at a higher SP.

I get what is said about this. What is the complete bum ache is that if the new drilling had started when promised, there would be another discovery rise in progress just a little out of phase with the value valley and the share price would most likely be higher. Think of 3 phase a electricity sine wave

Check back through the previous AGM's. As I recall there is rarely anything that interesting apart from a raise for the bod and more share options.

If someone can move the sp up or down a small amount by placing small A trades at the same time, they can have a highly leveraged position elsewhere, cfd for example, which they close just after the move. 1 or 2 percent move with a 10-100 x lerage would make a tidy instant profit.

That was a very unpleasant A trade attack. Please don't tell me all those identical trades at the same time weren't someone driving the price down.
