i was thinking the same, i thought we had put the MTD to bed a long time back, what do you think this means?, is this why we are not getting much attention do you think from a potential buyer?
If we are not ready for this as yet what are the NED's on board for, weren't they put in place after the MTD work?

i couldn't agree more, i thought we were a lot further down the road than this and we had least been in discussion or were in talks or something, this does read as though we have not even started, what are we paying the NEDs for if we are not actually in talks or moving towards them at this stage, i thought they were brought on board to ensure clinical governance in the due diligence phase of any negotiation, this does smell a bit wrong now and i feel the share price will suffer as a result, i really do hope i am wrong.
Are we waving goodbye to the back of the bus??

inclined to agree with you, as a very LTH i am sad to do so but feel we are going to miss the bus soon and there wont be another one along like this for a while, sincerely hope i am wrong but feeling as though i am not.

if an offer was made for say 100m, what would be the process and our rights as to if it is accepted or not?

this is scary now, i cant believe this has gone down so low again, it has nothing to do with the market it just appears to be a lack of interest or confidence in our products or both, this worries me now as it doesn't seem to have any way of coming back from this and we will run out of funds quite quickly soon.............................what is next i wonder..................

Out of interest what is your background, i value your insight as it helps understand a very complex issue but wondered what you do to gain this insight?

i caught the end of the presentation and would agree with your sentiments, there seemed to be a lack of drive and enthusiasm from the board in terms of answers and talk of direction, with a lot hanging on Sierra coming good i am starting to get worried about us staying above water long enough to find a buyer for 1801/2 or milestone payments in sufficient size.
Having the brokers asking preplanned questions did not fill me with confidence either.

Missed opportunity from the board to instil some confidence i feel.

I wouldn't worry about the black box warnings, the anti-TNF drugs all still have those and are huge blockbusters, it is accepted with that level of serious disease and not many options available

Are we forcing the issue in the wrong direction, the market seems to be responding in the worst possible way, i cannot believe that this has fallen back to these depths when we were all talking about positive opportunities just around the corner, i am not happy with the lack of information but i am frankly very worried about the future of the company with the share price dropping so quickly in just a few weeks, we are staring into a very black hole at the moment.......................

Thank you for taking the time to attend and then to write up your notes, sounds good as a top line comment, i only hope we can hold out for a deal before having to get more funding to keep this going, whilst the new board are useful they are now even more of a drain on the pot

thanks guys, just good to hear another view on my nervousness, your points make sense. I hope we some movement soon to pacify investors like me, a small step in the right direction such as a milestone would be a good sign in my opinion
