i can't help but think the HNWI's would have been privy to at least a hint at the tox data and other news that is due to gain the commitment to put in such large individual investments, that's my hope anyway, but what do i know, here's hoping though

must admit i didn't think we would get back down to these prices anytime soon, i think the 3p predictions prior to news might be correct, i am sorry to say....................

also with halifax, had online notification of corporate action and letter in the post today allowing me to vote and return, hope that helps

I have been in sar for a very long time now and am lucky enough to have recouped my initial investment a few weeks back to make sure i then had a free ride. I loved you description of the daily habits you have to go through, i am sure that many of us are doing exactly that as it is mind blowing the effect this will have on people's lives if it comes off to the tune of 28p or even more. I have listened to the better informed LTH holders say that it would eventually get to that figure, i must admit i did not believe it really, but now i am convinced it will actually happen, and in the near future as well, it makes my 15 years or so very worthwhile. I wish everyone who does hold the best of luck with this. I am sure that there will be many who struggle to actually press the sell button when it comes to it, i for one keep thinking "what if it goes up further??". I have to not be too greedy and learn to be realistic. GLA

Bridges - i respect your opinion and you are one of the posters i always take the time to read, where do you think we are at in terms of deals, do you think that we are actually in discussion and they keep attending these sort of events to keep the pressure on our potential buyers, or do you think it is that we are no further forward after all this time and that we are trying to get the first hook in to start a deal process at one of these events, the market seems to be thinking more the latter i tend to think but would value your thoughts?

market doesn't seem to agree as we are down 10%, wonder why?

Could someone help with if as shareholders we would have to pass the CVR route for it to be adopted?, as Patnak says the upfront would have to be good to entice me otherwise there do not seem to be any guarantees at all on this option, i would add i know nothing about this apart from what i have just read in various articles so would love someone to give me more detail if known?

i totally agree with your posts, would satisfy us and the market if Tim were to do that, looks like we are heading for .4 again in a hurry, feel for the people who bought the placing shares, they must feel WTF is going on.....................................

welcome, that is a considerable holing, i only have 3m so i can feel your pain. I agree that Tim could give us an outline of what is happening, or not, they are not hiding behind a NDA as such because they are not saying anything good or bad, it would be nice to know what is actually going on, if we dont then i agree that we should try and attend the AGM in strength and try to force the issue a bit more strongly

well said sir, i am very much in the boat that you describe and whilst i appreciate that this business is not quick, this seems to be just silly now, i would agree with you in that i would love to know what the NED's were contracted for specifically, and what measurements they have shown against that contract, i for one cant see the value for money as yet.
