"wouldn't"
GK. LTH in year ten. GLA.
There's used to be a saying "More front that Woolworths" don't know what today's equivalent is but your 'front' is breathtaking GK and most certainly not in an attractive way, some of us have memories you arrogant tw-t, and no it's not an i I've missed off.
Sheps8, another one I would trust as far as I could throw him.
I don't believe the purpose of MYO's summary of your posting is to imply dishonesty Casapinos, it's to highlight what I believe to be your agenda here and one that always leaves a very bad taste, you sold because of your assessment of the situation, of that not a single holder can criticise it was your decision based on your risk criteria, however what you then preceded to do was put considerable time and effort in trying to present a very negative perceived picture not only about ST2 but many other areas of the SXX, you came in for some strong criticism at the time not least by me because I consider this type of behaviour to be about as low as you could get on these boards, I know full well you will try and say that you were doing this to give others the benefit of your own much trumped expertise in quite a few different areas of city dealings and finance, indeed I believe you made a right fool of yourself in doing so, more recently you have tempered the perception of personal superiority attitude on here.
So these things don't vanish Casapinos, we all have are own thoughts and views to why how and if we're invested here and to hear your reason for selling was perfectly acceptable but you did far far more than that to the degree it was obvious that you were trying your utmost to destabilise people's own thoughts about why they are invested here.
I have zero respect for people who behave in such a underhand way behind the anonymity of these boards suspect that many people who contribute to this board feel exactly the same.
Sheps8.
Scotty "For the good of the board I have placed a block."
I would have thought a far more suitable analogy would be 'Only fools argue with fools' given his past gibberish masquerading as someone who has even a very basic grasp of the financial instruments that City Financiers use is assessing and implementing risk mitigation of major investment criteria such as Sirius's ST2 finance.
While not wanting to sound pretentious that I have comprehensive knowledge of such high financial matters myself I recognise Bull Excrement when I read it hence there's only so much smell of that repetitive odour I could take before I decided to leave the barn, guess what, clear head and very optimistic that ST2 will be sorted soon to the best possible outcome for this company and our investment in it.
Something of interest for you though, now having two people in my blocked list that I consider to do nothing but degrade the purpose of this board it's interesting to see the timings of the blocked red flags and how close they are together on many occasions, rather strange, almost startlingly so given the active periods people mainly post on this board!!!, that's if I didn't believe they are one and the same person of course. LOL.
Sheps8.
I don't really get why shareholders (or otherwise) would take an interest in opposing Boulbys planning matters in the future unless they are directly affected in some tangible way by the matter, it's one thing to be annoyed at ICL's duplicity in their methods of objection towards Sirius planning permission it's quite another for anyone on here to object to a mine that's already been built, operating and employing hundreds of local workmen for decades in our area, I would consider myself a hypocrite and spiteful person to get involved in something that affects people's livelihood out of spite or for my own perceived financial gain regardless of how ICL have behaved in the past two wrongs don't make a right.
Sheps8
Sorry Typo 'received planning permission'.
I don't believe that ICL considered that they would close Boulby had SXX not revived Planning Permission which they did their utmost to prevent, however once the reality of the situation comes into play that Sirius is extracting high volume low cost base Polyhalite I think the profitability for Boulby will render it unviable.
Was this scenario avoidable!!! IMO yes very much so had the Senior Management at ICL not had their fingers in their ears shouting la la la when Sirius held out the hand of a mutually beneficial relationship years ago and instead went on a Planning offensive against Sirius.

FFS Scotty, you've now idea how tempting it is to sign out to read the respondent's response to your humour/ sarcasm posts, but then I thought about it and decided nah it's not tempting at all really, can't beat extracting the urine out of the biggest p1ss taker ever known on this board though. 10/10 for a Friday teatime laugh.
Have a great weekend, Sheps8,
Scotty your "Look at the terms of the royalty deal and then look at the equity deal. Total up the sums then use that as a baseline."
Indeed, I consider the Hancock deal a very useful baseline for reviewing my thoughts on the increased capital requirements, given the current asset value/ money spent on this project and the need to get St1 kickstarted, which is exactly what Gina's deal unlocked it's useful to consider the now reduced risk element of the project to date, when the ST2 finance package is finalised and released to the market as a package it's irrelevant which element of the money's gets spent first, I consider that the extra capital which was always said to be contingency money's required by the senior lenders could very well be given a more flexible position in the actual spend process.
I'm thinking that during construction (as mentioned by TonyBaby) that the requirement for three TBM's could actually be reduced to two once the rate per day has been established once it reaches a reasonable distance through the Redcar Mudstone, the capital spend savings on this single item alone would be quite considerable, I could see the extra capital requirements been shaved by a considerable amount from just this alone, again a time line saving in reaching Polyhalite ahead of schedule giving us a saleable product will have an effect on the overall costs.
However what you would need in the first place would be a more flexible approach to the senior debt lenders criteria for the $3bn than was previously being asked before the Alternative conditional 'proposal' on the 12th March and that is exactly what is stated in the RNS:
"The Company believes that the Alternative Proposal potentially offers a more flexible and attractive solution to its stage 2 financing requirements and therefore it is pausing discussions with its existing prospective lenders to pursue the Alternative Proposal."
It's my belief that the whole approach to ST2 will see a completely different structure to the previous demands from the senior lenders, yes there will be a price to pay for the approach but one that could provide a far more beneficial cost to this project and it's shareholders.
Every single element of the process of building this mine as been accessed on the worst case cost/ timing scenario, time is fast approaching for adjustments of this estimate and I believe the 'flexible' element will be encompassed and utilised in the way ST2 finance is structured and drawn upon.
Not long now.

Andygolf, your posting history tells me a very different story, I have no problem with your actions as you saw fit at the time whatsoever, indeed I'd congratulate you on any gain financial/ holdings, that's not my point though, In my mind people who sell then spend weeks on here talking negatively post after post as you did have a very low morality threshold towards those of us who don't trade this share and see it as a long term investment based on our own experiences or expectations, I never feel the need to tell this board my investment strategy here with regards to my holding but If I should ever decide to sell/ reduce my investment here I most certainly would have the decency to explain why 'once' and then respectfully leave this board rather that as you did spend weeks talking the company down, when I see your explanations for buying back in here and posting positively again then look at just what's changed as far as the risk ratios from when you were posting negatively I can draw no other conclusion than you are a trader who talks his book very thinly veiled as some sort of limp attempt to justify your actions on this board.
End of from me, here's one investor that wouldn't trust anything you say further than the end of this sente
Sheps8 :-)
Milothe3rd "Glad to have you back, you do bring a good voice of reason here!"
Are you having a laugh!!! this is the guy who sold out then spent considerable time and effort attempting to talk this share down in every way you could possibly think of, he's just a trader that talks his book.
I wouldn't take a single thing he said as genuine ever.
Sheps8.
Considering that is post didn't remotely relate to anything related to the Sirius construction project I feel you may have jumped the gun DGR, don't suppose we will ever know but suspect he had his own post removed because it wasn't intended for this board.
Sheps8
Don't suppose it had dawned on some here that Daniel94 had mistakenly posted on the wrong board rather than deramping!!!.
Sheps8
Hi BradSmith, just reading your post and thought I'd just post you a link to a company I supply with goods, ironically they are situated in the very place where York Potash set up before they moved to Manor Court then onto Prospect House.
May be of some interest to you

Wishing you a strong and successful recovery, I know it's been said but your story really does put life into perspective and it awakens the mind to what's actually the most important thing in life that makes so much else pail into insignificance.
PS I bought my dear mum a Pride Mobility Scooter, took it to my house to give it a clean and service then tested it by going to my local pub and back on it, It was a real wrench to hand it over to her, getting home from the pub has never been so easy. LOL.
ATVB Sheps8.
I'm telling ya its "Trooper Bloody Merlin".
LOL.
Sheps8.
LOL Paaa, he's soooooo obvious isn't he. PMSL.

Nice one Scotty, that would indeed be a fitting tribute to such a great man and unstinting supporter of this magnificent project.
Judging by the responses to the man who's the centre of his own little universe I'd guess he's even tried to hijack this subject to further his agenda, if that doesn't tell you the morality of this person then nothing will, the more he's ignored the more desperate his posting will become, of that I'm certain, that clip I posted from Utube the other week showing someone throwing a tantrum and smashing his keyboard will become a reality as more and more exit from his games, it's bliss I tell ya.
Sheps8. ;-)
It was a very sad the day Barry Dodds died in tragic circumstances, Yorkshire lost a superb ambassador for the region, a level headed man who did so much to promote business for the wellbeing of its population and could see that any our specific are cannot survive on tourism alone, his promotion of business in general and input into the Sirius story was strong, balanced and enduring, I listened and read a lot of input from him in promoting Yorkshire, a very down to earth man lost far too early. RIP.
Sheps8.
One of the best things you could possibly do when you accept that a poster so obviously has such a sad life that he will devote soooo much time and effort to winding people up with repetitive tedium, I guess the true meaning of a troll,
It took me far far too long falling into his pathetic games on here I'm ashamed to say I was a fool for arguing with a fool for far too long, it really is a huge relief to not to give him the satisfaction of being involved in his game, I'd genuinely highly recommend the filter button to anyone here who feels the same about a poster.
Not something I took lightly but something clicked that I was conversing with a personality that I have never come across before in my life and I'd be quite happy should I be fortunate enough never to converse with someone of a similar personality again.
