CTSFO - Absolutely. These clowns can't even produce a set of Accounts! I mean, seriously?! It's such basic stuff; especially for a company of this tiny size.

I have been running my own very successful Ltd Company for 23 years now, and we have NEVER - EVER missed any Accounting deadlines. You just don't. You have to be super organised and disciplined with it. Each Quarter and at each Year End. No submission deadline is any more or less important than any other submission deadline - deliver to them. End of.

No excuses - it's totally unacceptable and 100% indefensible. A PE firm would sack the lot of them - and hurrah for that I say!

Casper786 - yes, everything theoretically 'could' still pan out fine here. BUT holders will now be VERY wary as to what they believe - and they will also no longer rate the Directors. Put simply, way too much 'reputational damage' has been caused for their credibility (or PPP's come to that) to remain intact. Massively inept display, by this Company.

If you didn't know otherwise, then you would swear blind, that this was AIM listed penny share junk!!

This company can't even produce a set of Accounts, so I very much doubt that they would know how to turn a valve back on.

Rob-50 I hear you. BUT we all got this hound of a share 100% wrong, as it has 100% NOT turned out as people were expecting.

So, none of us can pass aspersions on others, that's 100% for certain!

But nobody seemingly was prepared to listen to the nay-sayers here. This was dodgy from the get go. I say, always listen to both sides, as PI's are always massively excitable and hugely emotionally biased. In fact, probably listen MORE to the nay-sayers! These Boards will often damage your wealth I'm sorry to say. 🤮

Affrm - appreciate your thoughts, but for me there are simply too many 'if this' and 'if that' scenarios here - and there always have been. It's a penny punt, but I suspect that too many didn't see that and over-invested here. Affrm - two or three of us did try to tell folk that something was amiss with this company; but we were chastised for it. PPP will not be making anyone, (as you put it a few times here), "life changing money". Sorry, but it's yet another disappointing, amateur-led, penny share that didn't happen. It 'may' survive as a Plc, but its days as a 'one day we'll be rich' investment, are over. ATB 🫡

What do you expect at this stage in December!? Volumes are always low in December and will remain that way, until early January 2025 (usually the beginning of week 2 when The City is fully back at work). It's been a really good month, with plenty of consolidation.

Stuartv - sadly, I have had to learn this lesson the hard way. And it's this: I always listen to the naysayers, de-rampers, realists - call them what you like. I always read posts from those whose narrative does not align with mine (assuming they're not just being deliberately obnoxious), as they are, at the very least, CORRECT 50% of the time! Just the way it is, as everybody is right and everybody is wrong! So, unpalatable though it can certainly be, I always 'especially' take note of those posters who do not mirror my own personal narrative/views/bias. It can often save you from big losses (especially with fragile/volatile penny shares), as ones views then level out and become 'balanced' rather than continue to be 'biased'. . . ATB

PS. To be investing THIS much of your time here, you must have at least £100,000 invested in PPP.

Tiger, we do appreciate your enthusiasm and positivity, really we do; but you one million percent will not get an RNS on Monday, as this will take months to sort out. We're not checking out at Tesco here; its a tad more complicated than that with multiple parties involved. ATB

Kong1, I am 100% certain that NOBODY here, for one minute, believed the 'we couldn't get our hands on the Bank Statements' ruse. It was an embarrassingly bad porky! They were 'buying time' (as I wrote at the time) and the longer that the Accounts then took to not appear, the more obvious it was, that something was afoot. This went pear-shaped months ago but only today, was it finally confirmed for sure.

Who knows what comes next - BUT at least the past HAS now been explained.
