This was my post on December 18th so no 'hindsight' from me:

And lo it came to pass. This company always had a slight whiff about it!

A de-list now looks the most likely and we lose our money. OR a massive dilution, in which case we still lose a load! For me, this company is a dead parrot. It is no more. It is deceased.

BUT it is a lesson learned, as you can NEVER know what might happen in fledgling penny share companies like this. Hence why I said, way back in August, to expect that anything "could and most probably will happen" here. Just seen it so many times before. I suspect there will be more that comes out of the woodwork yet too. Oh what Joy it is to play!

Really sorry to hear that stuartv (and others). These penny shares are buggers, as they are always just so unpredictable. I do hope that it all pans out and that you recover and preferably grow, your investment here. ATB

Affrm - to be fair, this cannot possibly be a "Strong Buy" when we are witnessing this absolute 'Corporate Comedy of Errors'! Maybe "Strong Risk" might be more appropriate? Or "Highly Amusing"? Perhaps "Total Shambles"?

Sometimes people become blinded by their own 'I'm invested bias'. Then one day they can suddenly see again!

Best to always keep an open mind, as nothing is ever a 'given' on the Stock Market. I read both parties' sides - always - as we are all right - and we are all wrong!! 'Investor Bias' ain't a good thing.

Affrm - firstly, I want to say that I do genuinely feel for you, as you have worked tirelessly to champion PPP. You must feel very disappointed and deflated, by all of this.

That said I, as you well know, have always had strong reservations about what might be going on behind the scenes here. I remain very concerned - and probably more so now. Clearly something most definitely is 'going on' and the resignation (or sacking?) I feel, is just the start of events, that might not spell good news. This is a very small company with seemingly, very large 'issues'. The risk factor has escalated here and the (mainly) 'no news' approach is also hugely risky for PPP's reputation. The lack of Accounts, as you mentioned, is totally unforgivable, as it's such a basic requirement for ALL companies, listed or not. Just very poor.

Anyway. . .we shall see what happens, but I'd say, expect nothing now until 2025. Until such time, it's best not to worry too much, as there is nothing that any of us can do - but continue waiting and hoping, for a favourable outcome! ATB 😀

I have today, opened my account here with a purchase of 15,000 shares. The numbers look great here and it is also (in my opinion) a pretty attractive takeover target.

Either way, it looks to be a very strong prospect for 2025 - and beyond. . . . ATB

This company has been a catalogue of errors. From total silence, to zero Accounts and senior Directors leaving/being fired. Let's be 100% unemotional about this. PPP has a bit of a problem. All is most certainly not 'ship-shape' and to argue otherwise, is completely ridiculous and shows a dangerous level of "investor bias". Yes I don't want to lose money, of course I don't, but in order not to, I do also need to be very realistic. If I am not, then I 'could' lose a lot more. . . .if not my money, then most certainly my sanity. PPP has lost SO much credibility since the summer. Oh and "no" I most certainly am NOT trying to get more shares "on the cheap" (as some clown suggested earlier!). I have absolutely NO interest in acquiring more shares in this company; run by incompetents! Sorry, but I'm just not!.

Hate to say it, but I told you it wouldn't be plain sailing here. PPP is an unprofessional company with more bad news to come I suspect. The silence was because bad things were happening behind the scenes. The rampers here, should hang their heads in shame. More PI money will be lost here, once this comes back - assuming it ever comes back. . .
